A family-run house with a warm and helpful host couple. There are two beautifully decorated guest rooms, relatively newly renovated and furnished, with a bright bathroom.Breakfast is brought to the room and is varied. Every day a different type of sausage, jam and cheese, fruit and juice. Different types of bread rolls. I was very satisfied and enjoyed my vacation.

Awful! Cot was full of mold. Bedding not changed once in two weeks. We had exactly the same thing for breakfast every day. Coffee was not drinkable. If you're only there for the weekend, then it's probably ok, but definitely not recommended for longer periods. We didn't feel comfortable. The only nice thing is the surroundings, fresh air and wide views.

Very nice family, rooms are clean. Simple equipment. Nice view of the lake from the balcony. Nicely prepared breakfast. Perfect for a short vacation on Lake Chiemsee. Next door is a very good inn with delicious food. It is not far to the landing stage for the excursion boats. Mini golf and restaurants can also be reached quickly. Great location for cyclists.

Very nice owners, who also had a short small talk and gave good tips about the surrounding restaurants. Nice, clean rooms with balconies and views of the mountains and Lake Chiemsee. Sometimes cows also came by to graze. A nice sight that you don't usually see.The breakfast was delicious and had a different type of sausage and fruit every day. Because of Corona, it was brought to your room so that you could enjoy your breakfast in peace.

Nice room with balcony and view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. The delicious breakfast was brought up in the morning (a good idea in Corona times, so you could have breakfast in the room in a relaxed manner) and you could start the day comfortably with a view of Lake Chiemsee. Everything was super clean and the very nice boss took care of us. The parking lot was right next to the house. Unfortunately there was no fly screen, this would still be a good investment.

Super large and clean rooms with top bathrooms and balconies with lake and Alpine views. Breakfast is brought to your room at a prearranged time, rich and tasty. The Helminger family is super friendly and happy to help with any questions and give excursion tips

Anyone who likes noise day and night from a feeder road to the motorway, likes the daily smell of the stable and blocking cattle in a stable, wants rooms that are carelessly and cheaply furnished, breakfast left in front of the door for hours when it's warm, a host who is never there and immediately threatens to get a lawyer if criticized , and all for a price that you could go to a hotel for, this accommodation is just right for you. It's not even worth one star...
