The service is nice, but the food is tasteless, there is a bad smell in the building, the rooms are also small, there is only one socket for 6 people in the room, the lamps sometimes work, sometimes they don't, the walls are like cardboard, the bathrooms are clean, but there are only two cabins and two open showers

The room was moldy, the food was very unappetizing and the owners were very, very unfriendly. There was hair in the food and the mattresses were very, very uncomfortable. Not recommended for children/young people who are very wild. There were also a lot of insects, unfortunately the owners took photos of us without our permission. The teachers don't know anything about it either, it's against our rights! It's best not to book.Kind regards, Yüksel.

Furnishing; Quite okay for a youth hostel and clean as far as it goes.Service: I was greeted in a nice and friendly manner by the owner who explained everything to me roughly. So far so good, but there were a few problems when we left. When I stood at the counter at the right time on the day of departure, no one was there and the counter was also closed. Waiting for 1.5 hours, ringing and calling several times, and asking the cleaning staff didn't change anything. I finally left the key and left, otherwise I would have missed my train. I was then told by phone that my DJH card, which I was supposed to get back when I checked out, would be sent to me by post. However, I haven't received it yet...Location: Bus stop right in front of the door and relatively quiet riverside location. However, it is quite a walk to the S-Bahn station.

The rooms are furnished a little older and there is only one socket for six beds. 🙈The sanitary facilities are also older, but everything is very clean and as well maintained as possible. There is a cupboard full of games and books for children that can easily be borrowed. The staff and the hostel parents were very, very friendly, in a good mood and open, top. 👍The breakfast was plentiful and good, we didn't eat any other meals.Unfortunately, late in the evening, between 9 and 11 p.m., we heard regular rumbling, the origin of which no one could explain to us when we asked. It bothered me when I was falling asleep; the children didn't wake up.All in all, the stay was short but nice and we would come back there as a guest at any time. 👍
