We spent 2 nights there from May 31, 2024 to June 2, 2024 for a family reunion. We had booked 2 large cabins.More than enough space for 12 people. Used a hut as the main meeting point!Facilities were perfect, everything you needed was there and, above all, there were enough dishes, etc. There was enough space outside for roasting (grate is available), even fire bowls were available, as well as beer tent sets and a large table with chairs. The children had a lot of space to play and it was very quiet and idyllic. We chose the perfect weekend with a lot of rain 😅, but we were smart and had a small pavilion to sit under. There is also a playground, small but nice. Everything in the playground was very well maintained and nothing was broken 😀Parking spaces directly in front of the hut. There was more than enough space for everyone in each hut. Nice big rooms for the day and small nice rooms for the night.Bathrooms and all rooms were very clean and well maintained. There was even a music system there, which isn't available everywhere 😀It is really highly recommended there 👍.We will definitely come back, whether as a meeting or just over the weekend, because there is a lot around in the places for children to look at or just relax! Many thanks to Sandra again for making everything possible for us this weekend 💐

We have for the period from July 21st to July 26th. Booked a holiday home for 4 people. Booking was very easy via the website. Thanks to the good reviews here on the site, we were already looking forward to our vacation at Holiday Park Saaldorf. However, this was already clouded before arrival. You were asked to register by telephone 2-3 days before arrival. We tried this too, but we were constantly put off until a later time or the next day because we wouldn't be in the office. Despite the correct naming being given in the emails, no one could remember the name. Shortly before arrival, you suddenly received more calls and asked to send the invoice you had created because you couldn't find it in the system. When we arrived at the holiday park, the keys to the holiday home were handed over. An instruction that e.g. There was no information about how meters should be read and where they were located. When we moved in, the horror began. We had house number 5. At first we found a broken floor in the kitchen and a rather sporadically equipped kitchen. There were only 3x cutlery, plates and bowls. Luckily there were only three of us, so nothing stood in the way of eating together. No lamp could be found in the bathroom, so the mirror cabinet had to be permanently switched on. Lots of decorations in the house, but no options to put anything down or hang it up properly. When we arrived we were told that house number 5 was currently being renovated and that we had to be careful with the sockets as they tended to slip out of their holders. No fire alarms could be found in the entire house. Unfortunately, there was also no microwave/multifunctional device where you could have warmed up some cocoa for the morning. The existing kettle was already broken. Was changed by the owners immediately upon request. However, despite boiling it, you couldn't get rid of the plastic taste. It looks the same with the existing grill. This also could not be used because it no longer had a handle and could not be opened. There were 2 rooms on the upper floor and the beds were fine. However, due to the lack of ventilation, the entire house smelled extremely like wood, which is something you have to like. We then took a closer look at the campsite. You can't say many words about it, because there is absolutely nothing on the campsite that would appeal to you in any way. The adjacent lake is called a swimming lake. We weren't in there because it was already very dirty when we inspected it. There is no restaurant and no bread service. We ended our vacation without further ado on July 25th and went home. Here, too, the owner didn't even ask why they were leaving. It was immediately pointed out that there was no money back, which was completely legitimate for us and not what we wanted. When a flat-rate electricity fee was demanded, we had enough. You should listen to or question the reasons for leaving early. In addition, for us, service means that you are present at the reception during the specified opening times and are not always reachable only by cell phone. We cannot recommend this holiday park for families. There are definitely nicer holiday parks in the area, which don't stand out more in terms of price. In fact, we found the price of 100 euros per night definitely too high for the “service” and what was “offered”. We were only in the holiday home to sleep during the days and stayed somewhere else during the day.We definitely cannot recommend the park and will definitely not come back, there are nicer facilities in the area.

I'm totally thrilled 👍. Unfortunately we were only there for 2 nights but it was great. Everything that was needed was there. From the playground to the grill, everything is available. It is also clean and comfortably furnished. I'm already planning my next little vacation. Many thanks to Sandra and Sven for the great weekend. See you soon😁

Absolutely fantastically located holiday park on the Bleilochtalsperre. Nice and courteous operators. Helpful and crazy about fishing in a positive sense. Great location and well-equipped houses. Beautiful trout pond (great for the eyes) and the view is fantastic. You can tell that the operators are passionate about renting (I heard that further renovation of the buildings is planned). We like to come as visitors.

Were at the small but very nice campsite from Friday to Sunday. Small swimming pond and a short walk to the water of the dam 😊Very friendly operators, would love to come back.

We wanted to spend a short vacation there. Unfortunately we had to leave on the first day for health reasons.Nevertheless, we want to pass on the impression we have gained so far.We rented the Finnish hut “Fjell”.First of all, the operators were very nice and helpful. In general, the park urgently needs a refresh and repairs in many places.Even from the outside the house looked very shabby. Through a temporary step, represented by a brick, one could enter the house via the terrace. Outside, past a broken Hollywood swing (torn fabric on the seat unit) and a very overgrown area around the house. The house has everything you need for a short stay. Repair work urgently needs to be done inside, e.g. hanging ceiling strips and open sockets and cables. There are cupboards everywhere where private stuff has been stuffed. There were no less than 5 televisions throughout the house, one of which worked. There were 3 of them in a living room, which looked more like they were discarded devices that had just been left there. Curtain rods under the wall unit. The sofa in the kitchen-living room was torn and less inviting. Even after heating up the stove properly, the hut simply didn't get any degree warmer. In terms of internet reception it was also completely subpar, no reception at all for nothing! You can only let your child play in the playground described with a clear conscience if you really want to get rid of them. The climbing tower itself was ok, but there was an actual danger in the playroom underneath in the form of a completely broken wooden children's table with nails sticking out. The trampoline in question had not yet been set up. The old trampoline was in a junk corner of the square. The price for the accommodation in the price-performance ratio is absolutely not correct. There are also individual bills for electricity of 54ct per kw/h and €7 per cubic meter of water. Which, on the one hand, is far too expensive and, on the other hand, is not available to read or described in advance. We will definitely not book there again and will not recommend it to anyone.
