... no go. 1) Prices - on website: Double room for 2 nights with breakfast = 2 people/1 night = 65€, breakfast 1 person. =9€, which in my opinion comes to 148€. Invoice that gave us an old, neglected skirt saddle pad - €170!!! for what???2) Room facilities: no hairdryer, no pictures on the wall (only remaining dowels), mini TV, extremely soft mattresses, blankets (very heavy) filled with feathers (!).Only 1 key for 2 people (?).3) Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!!!

The room was okay. The hotelier probably not. We were traveling through by bike. Since the hotel restaurant was closed that day, we looked for another way to have dinner. When we came back afterwards, we were asked where we had eaten and he made fun of us for how stupid we were to eat there. Everything there would be lies and fraud. We could have eaten with him too. However, he didn't offer it to us beforehand. I find this kind of behavior to be the “very last thing”. The good man doesn't belong in a business like this. It's rather terrible. Never again.

We had an overnight stay and after a walk we decided to eat at the hotel and we were not disappointed. A clear menu (actually a good sign!) but the best, very tasty home cooking and everything freshly prepared with love. The rooms are of a good standard and are completely sufficient for an entertaining stay and at a fair price! The breakfast was also completely sufficient and we were bid farewell warmly. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

If you expect stylish rooms and 5 star service, you've come to the wrong place. But if you like clean rooms and an above-average breakfast, this is the place for you. Ok, the furnishings in the rooms are getting old. Doesn't bother me. I spent the night there and otherwise explored the area. Small city park directly opposite, Ardesia thermal baths reachable in 4 minutes on foot. Small, beautiful old town in 3 minutes. Pizzeria, kebab, Chinese all nearby within walking distance. Dm drugstore and Edeka in 2 minutes. If you're traveling on business like me or want to spend a few quiet days, this is the place for you. There is even more to discover in terms of landscape. The owner was also very friendly, as was the warm and courteous employee. Great WiFi! I felt very safe and comfortable and will be back.

Very unfriendly owner, a "Hello" or "Welcome" is probably asking too much. People make fun of wearing a mask - yes, it's no longer mandatory, but why should you take the risk on vacation? Just shows a lack of respect for the guests who seem to be seen as a nuisance. At least the room was clean, but the mattress was pretty shabby.

Only one condition in the restaurant. This means everything takes a while. But that didn't bother us. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The selection on the map is manageable. Everything is freshly prepared and not ready-made. The food was very tasty and the prices were good. Would come back and recommend it to others.

One star only because there are no minus stars! Owner has no plan. The menu is very clear, it feels like there are nine schnitzels and one salad. The latter see previous recession. A lamp in the bathroom doesn't work at all, the shower is gutted, the shower hose is kinked, and several tiles are cracked. Room was not prepared after the first night. WAITRESS tried to fix things, owner preferred to watch football after fake tantrum. In addition, the next day there was a discussion with the breakfast waitress. Breakfast itself was only cheap: baked rolls, even on Saturday, otherwise no selection of bread, were just a highlight. The coffee was ok...

simple rooms, but their best days are behind them. Although relatively dust-free, the carpets had many stains that had to be tried to be scrubbed away by hand. I could probably live with it for one night, but the highlight came with breakfast. Around 20 guests had to share two plates of ALDI sausage and cheese. So you had to react quickly because it felt like it was refilled once every hour. The rolls felt like they were about 4 days old. To make breadcrumbs optimal. After we complained, other rolls were brought, but they weren't four better. For €65 per double room including breakfast, it’s definitely way too expensive! I don't think the operator will continue to run the hotel permanently with this attitude!

We were guests of the hotel for one night in January 2018. Our early reservation request by email was not answered. We were only able to make the reservation by phone two days before arrival. We couldn't check in until after 5 p.m. We found the innkeeper's remark at the beginning of our stay that, as a Hesse, he had taught the local Lobensteiners to walk upright, to be arrogant and arrogant. Our double room was clean, tidy but unfortunately not preheated and very cold when we moved into it. The bathroom/toilet was also cold and couldn't be warmed up even by a small electric heater. The dinner was good home-style; The solyanka was too expensive at €5.70, the schnitzel and the side salad were good, the few fried potatoes were fried with too much fat. The breakfast was generally average. Orange juice was only available upon request. The breakfast rolls served were not very tasty. The innkeepers and the breakfast mamsell were overall friendly. During our stay there were only a few guests in the inn and hotel.
