The most comfortable bed I have found in Germany. It wasn't a rock!!! Absolutely excellent service. Mary was informative, kind, and helpful. The whole serving staff was also very good at their jobs. The food was really good. I completely advise you to try the ratatouille and the fish and chips. I sincerely felt welcomed here. There was none of the stiffness or laissez faire attitudes that you can often find. I can only recommend this hotel.The room was very clean and comfortable and had AC! I left here with my heart a little more full.Thank all of you for a wonderful stay. This will be my absolute go-to in this area from now on.

I came here with my bf just to eat. So the service was nice and friendly, but.. they're a little bit slow.. We took a sit and waited around 10', then came sb to give us the Menu.On the other side, the food was pretty good. I ordered Rumpsteak natur (medium rare -> was expecting the meat to be juicy, but it's kinda weird somehow..) but with Bratkartoffeln, Salat with Joghurt Dressing ( for me the dressing was not so much special). My man ordered Wiener Schnitzel also with Bratkartoffeln and Pfeffersauce ( the Schnitzel was amazing itself, Pfeffersauce was just topping to go easier), small Salad with Balsamico Dressing ( prefer Balsamico better than the Joghurt).So in total for 2People ( with 2 biers) was around : 50€The Menu looks interesting, we'll come back next time to try more and hofully it'll be better! ( We had to wait for the food around 40')..

Room STOCKHOLM very small, especially the bathroom. Mattress is a bit worn out and very soft.Food in the restaurant was very tasty.Breakfast is okay so far - only a latte macchiato has to be paid extra - no longer up to date, so it's better to make the breakfast a little more expensive.

Today the two of us went to the Parkhotel restaurant to eat.The restaurant was well attended, after about 15 minutes we were approached by the staff, we ordered something to drink and the menu.A few minutes later we received our drink and menus.Another 50 minutes later there was still no staff there to take our food order.In the meantime, other guests arrived and their food orders were taken after 20 minutes.When I went to the restaurant after a good 70 minutes to pay for our drink when I said that we had waited 50 minutes to order food, oh no one was there.No excuse!!It's time for us to go out to eat here!!!

The room was modern and I had a room at the back, so it was very quiet. The size was very good, but the room was extremely dirty. Hairy dust bunnies in the bathroom, the shower wasn't cleaned by the last visitor or at least not cleaned enough, nuts from trail mix packages on the floor, thick dust on the lamps and sockets. That doesn't work for me at all. I was also surprised that there was no cleaning staff there during the day, for example to make the bed. Since it's not a B&B but a hotel, I would have expected that. To be honest, I found the breakfast quite spartan and really outdated. But since the majority of guests seem to be fitters, that may be enough.But I would like to highlight the really friendly and attentive service. However, there will no longer be an alternative for me to stay overnight in the future, despite the good location to the train station
