Hello, the hotel is personally run by the owners. Very nice, good service. The breakfast is very good and tasty. Special requests are happy to be fulfilled. The rooms or holiday apartments are also well and modernly furnished. Compared to other hotels on Heligoland in this category, the hotel is great.

Small, fine, family hotel with a great view. Although the rooms are not dance halls and the bathrooms are very 'petit', you still have everything you need, it is clean and the beds are comfortable. If you book a sea view (and you really should, given the view), you get a beautiful balcony with seating, cushions and a marquise.The staff is warm and friendly and also fulfills special requests. You feel very welcome here and although everything is a little closer together in Quisisana, it never feels cramped but cozy.

One of the great little hotels right on the promenade. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Delicious breakfast included. Please note there is no elevator, climbing stairs is required! But that's also common on Helgoland. Perfect location! Nice team!

We stayed in the hotel for two nights, but due to the weather we arrived on the island later by ferry. We were warmly welcomed at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and the scrambled eggs were freshly prepared. The employee who was on duty this weekend was very friendly and accommodating, so we felt very comfortable. We are already looking forward to next time :-) .

The Quisisana is recommended in every respect. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful - without being intrusive. The hotel is perfectly centrally located, the rooms are large enough, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also great and plentiful. We will definitely come back!
