Beautiful view, good coffee. An old-school coffee-house - cozy. The cakes are the best on Helgoland: such a large selection, such great creations. Such good taste! Great!

Nice location with a good view. Poor service, takes much too long. Cacao of bad quality, seemed to be brown water. Asked for some butter cake, got Apple pie. Creamy cake solala. Cheese cake sticky and of strange flavour. Maybe a good hotel, but café not recommended.

Simple rooms but spotlessly clean, big enough for two adults. Shower, toilet, everything sparkling clean. We had a double room with a balcony and the view was definitely worth the extra charge!We were greeted warmly and immediately warned that there was unfortunately a burst water pipe, which could lead to noise and possibly a short-term shutdown of the water.Well, there was a bit of construction noise for a day, but no hotelier is looking for something like that.I thought the warning was absolutely fair.Otherwise the hotel was pleasantly quiet.I don't have to say anything about the great breakfast buffet or the delicious cakes, everyone here praises them rightly :-)For us (father and son) the hotel was the right choice, right in the middle and yet quiet, away from the day tourists and close to everything you need.Warm-friendly from arrival to departure and not just “professionally polite”.I remember it fondly and will hopefully come back to Heligoland!

Were there for vacation. The rooms are small but nice. You have everything you need. Nice and clean. Staff super nice. The breakfast offering was rich and good. The view is really beautiful. We'd love to come back

After we had already visited Heligoland 3 times as day guests, we were there for 4 days.The Hotel Panorama is located in the immediate vicinity of the elevator to Oberland. Since we are no longer able to walk very well, we mostly used the elevator (for a fee).We had a great view of the dune from the hotel window. The room wasn't too big, but completely functional and clean. Since I also like reading in bed, the wall lamps on the bed were ideal for me.The breakfast buffet was excellent; we have rarely found anything like it, even in much more expensive hotels.There was a large selection of sausage, cheese, fish, cereals and freshly prepared scrambled eggs, small meatballs and sausages. Coffee was not only available as normal filter coffee but also as various specialties. We also really enjoyed the cocoa.In the afternoon there were delicious homemade cakes and cakes for locals and tourists.The staff was friendly and helpful.We can highly recommend this little hotel!

This was our second time at Hotel Panorama, I love the room under the roof. The view of the dune and the lighthouse are beautiful.The small hallway gives you plenty of space. Everything is very clean.The breakfast buffet is great and fulfills all wishes.The location of the hotel is simply perfect.We were here in August 2023. And the review was already overdue.Thank you for the lovely stay.

The hotel is in a great location. If you're lucky there's a great sunrise. Breakfast is rich and good. Unfortunately, our rooms were not cleaned after staying for 3 nights. I don't think that's okay. You could also respond more flexibly to questions from guests and not immediately respond negatively.

Good rooms with a great view of the lowlands and the dunes. The public elevator to Unterland is right in front of the building. The breakfast buffet is very rich. We'd love to come back.

We had a room with a balcony and therefore a great view over Helgoland and could see across the North Sea to Cuxhaven.
