Room and breakfast were ok, otherwise some people just shouldn't do the hospitality business! If the request for a second breakfast egg or a second cup of coffee leads to eye rolling and demonstrative annoyance from the operator and guests are reprimanded in public, hospitality has already gone a long way. So if you want to feel unwelcome and a nuisance somewhere during your well-deserved vacation, you're in good hands here. Oh yes... and be sure to take enough cash with you, payment is only possible here... however you want to classify it...

We were spontaneously taken in here for one night, the double room including toilet and shower was immaculate and clean, the breakfast was ok and, in our opinion, completely sufficient. House in a very quiet location, we would like to come back.

Rooms very clean and sufficient, breakfast ok... it's not a hotel. Location is great, especially if you want to visit your loved ones in one of the clinics...

The location is above and you can walk down through the vineyards in about 45 minutes and have a very nice view. Alternatively, just take the car or bus. It's just out of the way, you have to be aware of that beforehand. We stayed in the guest house for 3 nights and would come back at any time. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need, WiFi is also available. There was also a shared fridge (+kettle, coffee) to keep drinks or food cold. The breakfast is more than sufficient, there are fresh rolls, cold cuts, jam, muesli, fruit etc...as well as juice, coffee, tea. The couple are also very nice and the price-performance ratio is very good.

The owner actually made an adequate impression when checking in, but then: The toilets are so small that I couldn't sit straight on the toilets. Bed linen was musty, there was hair in the shower drain and the toilet brush was still full of secretions from the previous person. The window was stuck and the shutter was also broken. The breakfast couldn't be called breakfast. The cheap cheese was simply popped out of the package onto a plate. Two types of cheapest cold cuts that were not refilled. The large yoghurt pot sat uncooled in the heat for two days. The open food was neither cooled nor protected with a spit guard. The rolls were cheap baked rolls. The guesthouse has never heard of whole grains. The coffee was like water, plus there was long-life milk. The one you always had to ask for. There were no real tablecloths either, just cheap paper towels from a discount store. You felt like you were being tolerated, that's how you were treated by this boss. Conclusion: Better to sleep in the car and have breakfast at the gas station.
