Were there twice. We were impressed by the service and accommodation. Great breakfast, as well as the 3-course menu in the evening, freshly cooked, was always very tasty. We can only recommend the quiet country house with a view of the vineyards. Thank you Kuntz family for your nice hospitality. We'd love to come back.

My wife and I were guests at the Kuntz country house for 12 days. Very dear guests. Ms. Kuntz cooks excellently like her mother does at home and the food is highly recommended. Mr. Kuntz is a great conversation partner and winemaker. He provides you with plenty of very good homemade wines.A spacious room with a balcony and a view over the wine town of Lieser and the vineyards opposite completes the offer. We will definitely stop by there again and spend a few more wonderful days.

We stayed at the Kuntz country house over Easter. We had a large room with a seating area, balcony and even a kitchenette. What was a bit difficult were the stairs. The rooms were on the lower floor and I had some walking difficulties, which was a bit difficult. Breakfast was great, you got fresh scrambled eggs or fried eggs. Always fresh sausage (from the butcher) and cheese, fruit salad, vegetables, muesli...delicious wine jelly.Dinner is freshly prepared by the hostess. Always a delicious soup, main course (which is plenty) and dessert.You can also choose wine from the host family's own entourage. We felt comfortable. The guests were always very nice. We can only recommend it.

We've been coming here for several years and it's always beautiful! The rooms are very clean, you can rent e-bikes there and if you want, you can enjoy a 2-3 course menu in the evening, which the boss prepares fresh every evening. The country house is located very high and therefore the view is beautiful.

We were there because the text called “country house” has its appeal. Well, the house is clean, friendly too, and the breakfast is really good. But there is no country house flair or idyll. We also drank wine in the evening, of course, but that was nothing either. The wine tasting also involves reading aloud from the paper, which was absolutely amazing.If you're a good walker and want to go for a walk, fine. If you are not mobile, just leave it alone, the house is very, very unfortunate for anyone who cannot walk properly.The region has a lot to offer and it's a nice experience by car. Our 2 nights were so-so but definitely not again.
