Very nice experience. The owner is very kind and service minded. Now to the good part, this is a must try place if you want to have a wine tasting. The wine is very good. We bought 18 bottles 🤩 don't miss out!

A really great guesthouse with very nice and loving hosts who are also winemakers in this place. The rooms are clean and modernly furnished.The wine bar was very cozy and the food was also very good. There is a cozy vaulted cellar that has been very tastefully furnished with old things. We felt very comfortable from the first minute and would love to come back

We were there by bike in the afternoon. After tasting the wine we made a table for the evening. The food is great, rich and prepared with love, and their wine is really great. We also bought it directly. My personal favorite is the Pinot Gris, really great. We will definitely come back

We were only day guests at the winery, ate and drank well there and felt comfortable and very well served, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Can only recommend the winery!!!

For many years now, our wine cellar has been continually supplemented with Schwaab wines.Online wine tasting at the end of February 2021? simply succeeded. Delicious wines were presented in an informative and entertaining way. Information about the winery, viticulture and the processing of the grapes complemented the program. An entertaining evening lasting 3 1/2 hours. Participation is highly recommended, especially in Corona times. The wine tasting is worth the price.At the end of August we visited the Gutsweinstube again and were completely satisfied.We cannot understand the negative reviews because of the precise interpretation of the corona protection measures. This makes us feel very safe in the Gutsweinstube. It's just for the safety of all of us!!!!Yesterday, January 20th, 2024, we took part in the 3rd online wine tasting. Another informative, cozy evening, humorously moderated by the junior winemaker couple.We always like to stop at the family wine bar during our stays on the Moselle. Delicious, high quality food at an acceptable price.We are always happy to buy our excellent wines. Our favorite wines are the Schieferboden, the Pinot Noir Rose, the Pinot Gris, the Red Riesling and the Chardonnay/Pinot Noir Sekt, all dry.We are really looking forward to our overnight stay in one of the guest houses at the beginning of October. The rooms and the breakfast buffet look very appealing based on the pictures.We really enjoyed our five-day stay in the guesthouse. The rooms are very spacious for a guest house and the shower room is unusually large. Our room had a balcony with a side view of the Erdener Treppchen vineyards. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Cleanliness is very important there. Beds are made by a chambermaid, the bathroom is cleaned and the dust in the room is also removed every day. The house at the memorial is about 200m from the town center, the house in the vineyards is about 300m, both with a larger difference in altitude Town center and therefore also to the wine bar. If you have difficulty walking, you can compensate for this by driving or cycling along winding roads. In the guest house there is a friendly tone between the guests and the landlord couple, who are very concerned about the guests' well-being. We took a short bike break there. One of the few places to stop for refreshments that were open before Easter. Wine was very good, ambience was absolutely right. Chocolates are recommended!

We had something to drink and eat on the terrace. Very cozy, friendly service, worth a stop.
