Wow what a find. Didn’t know what to expect. Tried to book via hotel.com but something went wrong. So booked directly. This place is awesome. But room I gave a 4 star rating for 3 reasons. We stayed in room 3. That was at the 3rd floor. Not great if you have mobility problems like me. And carrying luggage. The room was big with a big bathroom. Shower worked well. The second thing I was not enthused about…room had a sloping ceiling. My wife bumped her head a few times. So chose to switch around. Even then be carefull.Lastly and this could depend on person. The bed was not too hard and pillow too small. But my wife like it a lot.Room 1 and an apartment was on 2nd floor. So only need to walk 1 stairs. But there is a lot to love here. Esspecially if you are a wine lover. I think you can do a tasting. But you can wine from their own vineyards at very reasonable prices. The stay of 72 € included a fresh and delicious continental breakfast.A great way to start your day.Location is amazing. Overlooking the opposite mountain with its vineyards and amazing rock face. We drove easily across the river and drove up the mountains for breathtaking views. A great spot too for hikers or bikers. There is plenty of parking spots. The hostess and her young son were really nice and super friendly. It’s a true family enterprise.Considering her day 2 day job, the guest house, vineyards and Winehouse…this is one hard working family.Highly recommended and worth every point.

Friendly house with a few guest rooms and a holiday apartment... All with lots of stairs on the second or third floor. Breakfast room on the 2nd floor. Wine tasting possible on site by arrangement. Very interesting, you learn a lot about wine growing, background information and work in the vineyard. We liked the wine very much. Breakfast okay, prices too.

We came across this expert and extremely friendly winemaker during a tasting. He spontaneously offered us a tour of the production facility and the cellar. We have rarely been treated so well! Always a smile on your face and a saying. That's how it should and must be, we'd love to come back 😃

We have been visiting the Kaufmann-Schneider Family regularly for over 5 years and there was a "click" from the start.||In addition to excellent wines, they also have 5 excellent rooms to spend the night. …

Family winery with overnight accommodation. Best fruit schnapps from the Moselle and very good wines! Definitely worth an overnight stay after the pandemic. Located directly on the Moselle.
