Place has a great location, close to park and city center. The building however looks like it got frozen in soviet era. not only the corridors, but also the bed and other furniture. Fortunately bathroom not like that. For 72€ per night for double room (twin room actually) there was a lot of stains on carpet and baggage area. Shower had some dirty spots in hard to reach areas. There is no front desk in Fernblick, it is needed to check in and out inside Rosengarten Hotel. There is no free parking. On the street it is 5€ and in hotel garage it is 7.5€They offered very rich breakfast included in the payment.Overall, bed was clean and comfortable, but there is a lot to improve

"Guesthouse" means cheap hotel and there's no surprise, it's cheap, prices range from 65 to 85€ a night. The guest house is part of a big hotel complex, next to a clinic where people come to die, apparently. All patients are old. The whole thing was built in the 60ies. There are even 2 swimming pools (5-8€ ticket), a bar and a sauna (8€).What's good: all rooms have a balcony, which is good when you're lucky enough to be on the right side. Otherwise it's cold and dark.What's bad: it's very noisy, you can always hear your neighbour snore or sneeze. Because it's cheap, a lot of blue collar workers come in groups of 10, working on local and temporary worksites and are usually noisy too. They party together and when they're alone, it seems they never heard of "headsets" and just use loudspeakers.What's worse: the hotel management is always on "computer says no" mode, but i guess "rigidity" is a cultural thing here in this country and not down to the poor girls at reception who have no clue what they're doing. The annoying thing is when the hotel is empty at weekends and the only rooms booked are next to each other. The receptionist told me it was because they had to optimize the cleaner's time and at this point, i decided to write this review. Poor service and incompetence are one thing, BSing customers is worse.

The guesthouse doesn't seem to exist. We followed the directions to it, but ended up in a sort of hospital with various clinics. In desperation, we went to the reception at the local Rosengarten Hotel and were informed that we had been 'upgraded' to a room in the hotel. The place was deserted and looked like something out of the 1970s. Our room was comfortable and spacious, but the hotel was understaffed and impersonal. Breakfast was generous but uncoordinated and again, lacked a personal touch. Good value? I suppose so, but we were happy to leave.

A good place to stay for some time without spend to much money. Very clean and practical. Small rooms with all needs. A complete breakfast with variety and quality. The restaurant is a bit expensive with a small variety of options but with good dishes.

Not the typical Hotel to stay at when on business trip, it's a basic but comfortable enough for short stay and good located just few steps of town center. The Biggest benefit of this place is the silence.

It's a nice place to stay on it if you want to explore another areas around the town or another city and get back nightly and have a good sleeping. Also they have free wifi.
