Very beautiful guesthouse with traditional look and feel to the place. Conveniently located near train and bus station. Booking in advanced is recommended because of limited number of rooms available. Rooms include twin beds. Shower is clean and renovated with hot water and blow-dryer. Mattress and pillows could be more comfy but do the job for overnight stay. No credit cards accepted, cash only. Private parking available behind the hotel if arriving with car.

I think I have stayed in most lodgings in Neckargemuend. Gasthaus Reber is still head and shoulders above the rest for value for money. Its a typical inn, with bedrooms above the bar/ restaurant. …

The waitress was very helpful and friendly, especially considering our unfamiliarity with the German language.

Food was very tasty. The service was also extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the ingredients of the food were not that well known, but that should be part of it.The price is a bit higher, but the large portion (schnitzel) fills you up well.Drink prices appropriate.

Every time you eat at Reber is a pleasure. The restaurant's cuisine is truly the pinnacle of German food. The ambience guarantees a journey through the history of the surrounding towns. The dishes are incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. The perfectly prepared rump steak is particularly impressive. In addition to the food, the historic building in which the restaurant is located is a real feast for the eyes. It was clear that the restaurant was designed with great attention to detail to preserve the charm and tradition of Germany.I can't wait to return. 5 Stars!

Very very good food. The best cordon bleu around. There are still snails with a lot of garlic, I love it and I hope it is never taken off the menu. The salad is unique. Very nice hosts. Thanks:)

Family inn with cute rooms and very friendly owners. The small beer garden is cozy and it's great to sit in the shade of the chestnut tree. Plus: The wheels could be adjusted in the shed overnight. Disadvantage: Since it is located directly opposite the train station, it is very loud in summer when the windows are open.
