The hotel is located a bit away from the road. Therefore, it’s very quiet. Just perfect to relax.||The rooms are quite spacious and spotless clean. Ask to for a room in the newer section of the house. …

When arriving we were met by a lovely woman who made us feel right at home from the start. They were really helpful in guiding us for a short walk. The place have a very calm and friendly atmosphere. During the evening we were served with well made typical German food. The room was really comfy and everything we needed was covered.

Really good food. The french fries where great, the kids pancake was really good as well. The best however was the saddle of venison for 2. The meat was super tender and delicious. The Spätzle and the 2 gravies where also very good! Great experience!

We got here late in need of a room. We'd planned to spend the night at a nearby hotel we'd used before, but, sadly, the Josen Hotel has closed. We were there in the spring before so don't know if the Josen is gone forever. …

Snobbish service. We wanted to have a meal here during a hike, but this never happend. We were ignored by the waiters and when we finally got one to speak she said no service and turned around. This is porobably the worst stuck up service I've had in a very long time. Ignore this place, even if it's located conveniently....

Nice place and good service but I got a watery soup which was supposed to be a Kurbis Soup! It remembered me of Oliver Twist :)
