The apartment/room 8 was very nice, well equipped to feel comfortable, relatively modern. We were with an 8 month old baby because our travel cot fit well between the two beds, plenty of room to crawl. The skirting board to the bedroom needs to be repaired, a piece is missing and two points are sticking out. Otherwise everything was great♡

We had room number 8 at the top or under the roof. The stairs are super narrow and narrow at the end, which was just enough for us at just under 170 cm. Even in the room, no one should be 180 or larger due to the low-lying wooden beam ceiling. Rooms were large with lots of storage space and lots of hangers. The bathroom with the large shower was also pleasant.Negative are the two couch sets, which despite being covered in stretch varnish? are really no longer usable. The many spiders in the bathroom are also unpleasant, so a gauze in the window should prevent this. It worked great with the key safe, as we arrived very late due to the extreme traffic jam. I was also able to park my car in the yard, but when the room was full it was blocked up!

In a time-honored winery, room rental is carried out with minimal administrative effort and is probably unique in terms of price/performance ratio. The large communal kitchen is fully equipped and offers a nice atmosphere inside and outside in the lounge area for chatting with roommates. The noise from the street is excellently insulated by the good windows.

Quite centrally located for my purposes, even an LPG plant is close by, as well as various other shops, which is also necessary if you have to cater for yourself, as breakfast is only offered on weekends, but that doesn't matter if you have it white. There is a well-equipped communal kitchen, so you can make something for yourself (shop yourself, of course 😉).Rooms are simple but functional and cozy and have their own bathroom.Internet is okay and there is also a TV in the room. The landlady is also great and sociable, you definitely feel well accommodated there.

Dear guests,Due to some disruptions, we are currently having difficulties with the internet at Jakobshof. From December 12th, 2023, work on our fiber optic cable will finally begin. We hope that it will work better again from 2024

A very clean and well-maintained accommodation. We received lots of good tips and information from the friendly and open-minded owner. The only downside was the heavy traffic on the main road. However, after 2 nights we got used to it.

Good breakfast.Rooms functionally furnished.Rooms are a bit noisy.Unfortunately, if you have a lowered car, you cannot park in the yard (since the raised gate lock is in the middle of the driveway.)But luckily there was free parking on the street.
