Very bad. Last time I went, it rained heavily.... Choose from GPS here first. Found the service. To the point of being really bad, pulling facial expressions, talking angrily. ,Because we didn't know how to order coffee to drink, I was told to read this for a break, not a coffee shop. I mean, I'm not big at all. But with services like this, may you prosper. I'm really disappointed that I drove all the way from Roi Et. Look at what I found.

It is not very far from the Khao Kha view point. The rooms have a good atmosphere. Especially coming during the rainy season, the weather is very good with fog all along the way.But the fog is a bit thick. So there's no view around. Must stay, good service, but the deposit is a little expensive. The room is beautiful. But the allocation of plugs is still not very perfect. As for the cleanliness of the room, it's still not very good. Hit only the bathroom And the main door was secretly difficult to close. both locked in the room and closed in the room I would like to improve this part. The breakfast is delicious.

Cleanliness is 5/10, like the room only changed the sheets, but the bathroom cleanliness was not done at all. There is a deposit of 500 per room. Baht did not inform us beforehand. Reserve 2 rooms for 1,000 baht. VIP tent room Quite very humid More expensive but small and has only 1 plug point. Minimalist domes are wider and cheaper but the water heater is gas. which is behind the bathroom The staff did not inform and did not have a manual to use and did not know how to open it. The minimal air dome is at the head of the bed. When I lay down and look at the air conditioner above, it's not very nice to look at. It's rusty. Minimal Dome does not have tissues in the bathroom. Minimal Dome and VIP Krakham Tent quite old But the atmosphere gives it a 10. But the rooms should be improved a lot.

It is one place that is very pleasing to the heart. Had the opportunity to come during May. It's been raining for 2 days and the cool weather in the early evening is even more enjoyable. Sitting and eating grilled pork and sipping cold beer is very good (if you want to eat, reserve in advance). The room is clean, the service staff is good. The accommodation area is very clean. beautiful garden decoration I really like porridge and vegetable salad for breakfast. I'll come again. 🩷🌱

Overall good. We arrived late and the manager made a discount for an overnight stay. The only thing is that in our room the air conditioner did not turn on for warmth and at night we had to sleep dressed and under all the blankets, because it was sooooo cold. In the morning there is a free breakfast with coffee. Overall good for one night.

Rather pricey (2.8k thb/night) for a tightly spaced room arrangement (people can clearly see you on your way to the bathroom from above and below as well as all the tents are situated very close to each other). The bathtubs are unusable because they are sitting completely outdoor where people can see, the curtain provided is super see-through and cannot be used practically. The rest are okay. The view is nice but considered as so-so for this area (no fog or mountain view or anything, just a lake).

Stayed at a house for 3700 baht, beautiful view in the morning. Delicious breakfast Overall the house is beautiful and livable, but the bathroom does not have a ventilation fan. When taking a shower, steam appears on the mirror. The rooms are quite close together.

This room is priced at 6,000 baht. Let the picture explain the quality of the room priced at 6,000 baht. The tiles in the room are peeling off. The tissue roll holder cannot be opened to refill with new tissue. The housekeeper shows inappropriate facial behavior and gestures. The owner of the accommodation goes back and forth on his promise to give a 100% refund initially if the water is not hot enough and wants to cancel the stay. But in the end, when the customer told the owner that the customer was really not satisfied with the stay, the owner went back on his word and didn't give a 100% refund. In the end, he didn't stay anyway. There is no sincerity with customers. There is no vision in working to serve both the owner and the employees. Wasting more than 2 hours of time communicating back and forth between Agoda staff and the owner of the property, and in the end, couldn't bear to stay happy and had to hurry and leave this accommodation, The House at Khao Kho, as quickly as possible.Let the photo speak for itself for the room that costs 6,000 THB. for I got really bad first impression and unsincere owner and workers at the haus at khao kho because their room was not as advertised, their tiles were falling apart, their toilet facility doesn't function correctly and can't refill the fresh toilet paper. I'm warning you DO NOT STAY at The haus at khao kho if you want to enjoy your trip. Bad customer service. The owner and their workers have no hospitality mindset.
