It was worth an experience, but the rooms are extremely noisy and the junior manager takes some getting used to. Conflicts in the team were played out loudly in the house, which colored the atmosphere with a strange mood. Even food requests due to intolerance were not discussed in dialogue, but rather delegated in a dominant manner. More flexibility and empathy would be appropriate here.

This is the 7th year in a row that I've been to therapeutic fasting in Tiefleiten, it's like coming home, the feel-good atmosphere when you open the door. All employees are friendly, warm and competent. The operating family is simply brilliant, they know the answer to every question and can help or support you. There may be more modern houses, but what you find here is nowhere to be found. The house can only be recommended and I will remain loyal to you and am already looking forward to next year.

This is the best place for fasting. Loving, family atmosphere, always kind words. The treatments cannot be described, they are so good and intensive. A week that I will always remember. The food is great, the sauna is cute. The lectures are interesting. Yoga is great.I'll be back.

A wonderful experience and fantastic place if you want to find yourself. The atmosphere is magical, the staff friendly and always there when something is needed.It's a way to vacation that I've never experienced before. Gladly again and thank you for the intensive time!

A break. For fasting - whether therapeutic fasting, alkaline fasting, smoothie fasting or a vegan break: this is the place for it.Experienced, friendly, familiar and at a high level.Sport and exercise are on offer, hiking but also the sauna and the swimming pond invite you to take time for yourself.And plenty of space to relax in the middle of nature.Massage and various offers such as aura and chakra cleansing or oil-salt massage.To summarize in one word: recommended.But be careful: ⚠️ You will quickly become a repeat offender 😉

I can hardly put into words my positive impressions and what I was able to learn. I even learned to cook. Simon is a tremendously good cook. I first had to come to Tiefleiten to experience how sensational vegan cuisine can taste. The cooking class was great. Only the best ingredients are used here. Now to you, dear Ms. Kohlmünzer... you are GREAT!SO COMPETENT. I don't even know where to start, Ms. Kohlmünzer takes care of every single guest. No questions remain unanswered. An expert knowledge, hats off. Not to forget the team, you can tell that you love and live your job.This week has brought a lot and I'm feeling much better.Not to forget the beautiful, quiet, idyllic location. Ideal for recovery and fasting.I have to mention the quality of the food again. Prepared with love. We'll be back.

We went to Tiefleiten for a short vacation from Thursday to Sunday. When we arrived, the boss welcomed us personally, although she was a bit bored and unmotivated. She said our room was at the top and after thinking about it for a moment she said she could come with us. Then we were shown the room and given the key and that was it. We had officially booked a “vegan break” with an alkaline diet. There was no information about it in the room. So we had to ask about everything. Meal times, offers, where is the sauna, what else can you do etc? None! When I asked the boss for information in the evening, the hammer came. She just said her guests would usually be there for at least a week. OK, we knew then that we apparently weren't guests. Although the four days really weren't a bargain for what we got. We don't want a bargain and are happy to pay if the services and, above all, the friendliness and service spirit come across. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. The 3 stars are because the food is of good quality. We will definitely take a break like this again, but not in a deep position

Tiefleiten is simply a magical place to do something good for yourself and regenerate yourself. A place of strength, a wonderful and competent team and dear fellow travelers await you! I have been able to integrate many of the activities offered into my everyday life and it just feels good. I am thrilled and am really looking forward to my next stay!

Been there for the 3rd time. Great staff + bosses, great care throughout the week, super tasty AND healthy food. You find yourself in a calm and relaxed atmosphere and can really unwind. Only recommended!
