Good overnight stay, however not a long term campsite for me as it is too open and all campers are in a row left and right of the driveway. The restaurant refused us but the campsite owner directed us to a very nice restaurant in town. Would recommend as a short term campsite

I will never come back here again. Host was very friendly and helpful, I'm glad I was still able to squeeze my tent in there for one night. That's why I gave it 3 stars. But there were dozens of people being very loud up till 02:00, it looked like a party camping. You might have more succes here off-season.

The reception is nice and especially the burger restaurant is excellent. You cannot miss the perfect vine here. The bathroom is clean but it is small. Sometimes you must wait outside.Inside there is only basic facilities, you must find funny things in the hills arounds. It is understandable that each place is relatively small because actually the camping place is just located on a slope. But if you only have a tent, especially a large tent, I will not recommend you to stay there.

The wardess is really friendly, and St. Martin as a village is really pittoresque, but as a camping it is not much more than a little field. We paid 30 euro for one night being 2 adults and 1 child, plus electricity and a dog. For this you get not much. Just a parcel. On top of that, taking a shower costs 1 euro for 5 minutes.Oh yeah. There's also a pingpong table.

A really great, small and cozy campsite. We were there with our 2 small children for 10 days and felt very comfortable. The atmosphere is familiar and the operators take great care of their guests. The sanitary facilities are beautifully renovated and always clean. Everything else you need is there too. Our children especially enjoyed the playground. The associated restaurant is also recommended. The vegetarian selection is somewhat limited, but very tasty. Here too, the service was friendly and left nothing to be desired.Sankt Martin is an ideal starting point for hikes in the Palatinate Forest and the town itself is also a highlight - not only, but also for wine fans!

Nice, small-scale campsite, beautifully situated in the forest. You can easily walk away from the campsite, the village of Sankt Martin is also cute and within walking distance (15-20 minutes walk). Great restaurant on the campsite, it's strange that you are not allowed to charge your phone there while eating, but ok :-).The washing facilities were excellent, super neat, with useful things such as a drainer and there was a shed with 3 refrigerators and freezers for general use. Very useful! Nice terraces where you can pitch your tent with 2 or 3 others. nice playground for the kids, not very many children. Picking blackberries on and around the campsite:-)
