Rooms are on the upper floor/attic. Very nice and cosy rooms. A central hall with a couch and chairs. We parked in the nearby parking garage and picked our keys up at the entrance of the garage. Code of the locker was sent by e-mail before and all worked out just fine.In the morning we had breakfast in the little restaurant downstairs where they offer lots of choices in food. Very good!

Great accommodation, unfortunately everything is closed from 3 p.m. It would be nice if you could get something to eat or drink in the evening. But otherwise great, very modern furnishings and very clean. Very nice staff.Unfortunately the internet connection is a disaster, at least in the room.

The first impression didn't make it either. There was information on site... breakfast only Monday to Friday... we were told there was no breakfast at all!!! There was no information in advance. The house shouldn't be called a hotel under such conditions!Oh yes... it was booked for a week!

Good location and very nice quick service. Free parking right next to it and a ticket will also be handed out upon request. Room good for the price. Elevator available if required. Very, very quiet there in my time 👍🏻

About 5 minutes from the center and the Schlei, great, newly renovated rooms on the 3rd floor, great beds, elevator available. Gigantic breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor, free parking. Fridge and chillout available.

Rooms just very clean! No more reception at 5 p.m. Sent by email to the key box in the neighboring parking garage, box code for keys, then back to the hotel, automatic opening. Everything ok but impersonal and cold. Furnishings functional and new. Bathroom, toilet simple, perfect and very clean. Free parking in the parking garage, good. Breakfast perfect.I can recommend this hotel.

The Quartier36 is ok. The rooms are relatively small. The toilet is spatially separated from the shower cubicle and the sink, which is not ideal. You have to leave the toilet to wash your hands. The roof window cannot be opened when it rains (rain sensor) and you cannot ventilate the room properly. There is still a small window that can be opened, but it is equipped with a protective pane for safety reasons. Exit ticket for the parking garage worked very well.

I was there over Pentecost. The single room was wonderful, clean. I also liked the decor. Sure, wooden floors. I really like the whole hotel concept. The fact that the service only gets 4 stars is due to the fact that I personally lacked a permanent contact person ("miniature reception"). Apart from that: gladly again!!

All self-service. Key is picked up in a safe in the parking garage (!). No reception. Not a single person was seen until we left...Rooms very clean with comfortable beds but simple furnishings. A shoehorn was missing...The rooms are located under the roof with Velux windows. The opening of the window can be controlled remotely as long as it is not raining. In this case, the electronics refuse the command. Another, very small window at foot height is the only, not really sufficient, ventilation option. It was very oppressively warm during our stay. Air conditioning would have been necessary and appropriate considering the price.Ok for overnight stay, but too expensive because of the above descriptions! 60 - 70 € would be fine, but 95 € - no!
