We had tried to pre-book a table several times, but were always refused because everything was supposedly fully booked or closed. Recently we spontaneously went there again because it said it was open and there was only one table occupied, but we were still turned away. For us it was the last time we were there, although we had very good meals there several times a few years ago. Apparently their pockets are full enough.

Delicious and well eaten there. I can only recommend. Small country inn as you imagine it. Simple but tasty dishes and, above all, not a huge menu where you don't know what to take.

Unfortunately the room is not clean at all, we had to pull out the vacuum cleaner ourselves to vacuum through. Cobwebs everywhere, spiders themselves, hair everywhere. Unfortunately, the bathroom doesn't look any better, mold everywhere. And I think it's fair to charge 65 euros for 1 night.

Good home cooking. Large portions for a fair price. The atmosphere is like grandma's in the living room, I found it cozy and authentic.Unfortunately, there is no children's menu and vegetarians/vegans won't easily find something here either.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Landgasthof am Schlesersee restaurant in Carpin and I can only say positive things about it. The previous reviews piqued my curiosity and I was not disappointed. The ambience of the country inn is charming and inviting, with a picturesque view of Lake Schlesersee. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. The service was professional and was helpful if you had any questions about the dishes. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes that were carefully prepared and presented. The quality of the ingredients was noticeable and the flavor combinations were delicious. I tried the [specific dish] and was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the sophisticated preparation. The drinks menu also had a wide selection, including local wines and craft beers. The staff's recommendations matched the dishes perfectly and rounded off the culinary experience. As for the prices, I found them to be reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. The price-performance ratio is definitely good. All in all, the Landgasthof am Schlesersee leaves a lasting impression, and I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. It is a place to visit again if you are looking for a quality culinary experience in a relaxed atmosphere

Impossible - they didn't feel like opening the restaurant! Guests were standing outside and couldn't come in!
