The room: We stayed at the smallest room. It was really small. It was OK for one night stay. There was no hanger for a hand towel in the bathroom. There was no air conditioner. However, it was not super hot at night.Outdoor activities for kids : amazing. Several different playgroundsFood: Not super good. It is like more traditional German cuisine.People are staying in the hotel mostly German. Most of them have kids and also most people are elderly people.

Very child friendly hotel geared towards families, and succeeds at that - many activities available and location is great. We had a double room and it was spacious and clean. Good experience overall, though by god, the food is absolutely terrifyingly terrible, one can stomach that for a couple nights but for a longer stay, I suggest you don't do half board and walk or take the bus to town.

Very nice experience. Staff was very friendly and professional and made our stay enjoyable. My wife somehow lost her wallet and was very relieved to get it back untouched at the reception.Breakfast was great given the low price. Perfect for a family vacation. They even have breakfast areas for children with plastic plates and cutlery. We will definitely come back when our child is old enough to try more of the offered activities. One recommendation is only to include the parking fee in the booking charge even if this increases the price. 8-12€/day without an advance notice might disappoint some guests.

If you want a holiday experience that's a throw back to the 80's this is the place to come. The rooms are a good size but the decor and furniture is very dated. There is a mini bar stocked with the usual over priced items and a coffee machine that uses pods ( However not a well known brand so finding your own pods fot better tasting coffee is a mission)The cleanliness of the room is much to be desired with Random stains and marks on the carpets making bare feet walking in the rooms an after thought. The buffet breakfast was good but same selection day in and day out gets a bit tedious.I was staying here during the summer months and the rooms were uncomfortable sweat boxes due to no air conditioning or even free flowing air through the Hotel. You have to then gamble with opening your windows to try cool off (this didn't work) and being eaten alive by insects at night or have windows closed and wake up a sweaty mess every couple of hours. The outside decor is unique with what looks like a bad acid trip.

I think this was our 10. stay at this hotel and again we had a wonderful time. Expect nothing but Germans, and know that the half board is a bargain - the "restaurant" at 3. floor is now serving decent and good food. …

We loves this hotel! It's really a paradise for families with young kids. It was our 2-year-old's first overnight trip away from home and she loved it. There is so much to do for kids of all ages - lovely sand beach on the lake (which is quite safe and shallow), huge playground with equipment for both toddlers and older kids, archery, mini golf, goats and sheep (kids can even feed them on certain mornings), various indoor playgrounds, pool, spa and movie theater. Plus a whole program of kids' and family activities every day (more for older kids, not toddlers). We did half board and enjoyed both breakfast and dinner buffets. The only small complaint was that the food options were a little limited and the food was fairly basic family fare. We stayed 2 nights and probably would have gotten tired of it on a longer stay. But there are also other options such as a panorama restaurant, Biergarten and beach bar with snacks, plus restaurants and cafes a short walk away in the town. All in all a great, all-inclusive place we'd come back to!

The hotel was clean and huge. The outdoor activity places and the beach bar at the Lübbe-Lake were wonderful. People were relaxed and friendly: staff and visitors. Half-board was many and varied, very fresh and tasty. The bathroom and especially the shower in the classic room were extraordinary tiny. The mattress in the bed was unfortunately worn out and so we slept in a kind of mattress-hole which was quite uncomfortable.

Cold pool so we didn’t use it (it was too cold for my kid and us), not many activities for kids and not really a family hotel. They charge you extra to use the spa (and the parking) and the facilities are not well maintained.
