Caution...... Scam apartment. Unfriendly service person.Booked 4 nights and left after the first night.Property has many unlisted charges, internet, washing and cleaning charges. Non of the charges are inline with the website, trying to charge cleaning after 3 days when it states only over 7 day stays get this charge.Beds, linen and pillows all smell of cigarette smoke, very old and are basically are not worthy for the bin.The manager is very obsessive about everything, Blinds being closed, windows, dishes, this was the reason for leaving, she called and spoke very nasty, all over 1 light being left on and a door being open. she admitted entering the apartment while we were not there, to turn off a light. as far as i am concerned, that is against Privacy Laws. Left immediately after.Website says Dog Friendly, but the dogs need to read and acknowledge the extremely complex house rules..... no barking, not 1. woof woof my furry friends.In summary, Lenzkirch is a fantastic and beautiful town, but.... this place is letting it down.

We stayed in the Rainbow apartment this summer. The apartment was clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The terrace and view are a dream and the landlady was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Our two dogs were also very welcome. We would vacation here again at any time!

The Rainbow apartment is very comfortably furnished, very clean and equipped with everything, I didn't miss anything. From the large terrace you have a very nice view of Lenzkirch and the surrounding area. The landlady is very friendly, checking in and out was very quick.In short: It was a very nice two weeks in the Sonnhalde holiday home.

I spent a great week here with my two dogs. We immediately felt at home here. The landlady was very friendly and I don't understand the negative reviews, but since I deal with customers myself I think so. If you are looking for top modern, sterile living spaces, you have come to the wrong place! If you're looking for something cozy and quiet in a rustic, playful style, you've come to the right place ☺️We'll be back next year!

We spent the ascension days in the Tannenzapfen holiday apartment. The stay was very nice. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The rooms were nice and clean. The associated terrace was simply a dream with this great weather and the view. We'll definitely be happy to come back!

I would have preferred to read the reviews first...Booking worked great. Since arrival isn't until 3 p.m., we said we'd be there around 3 p.m. Because we were eating on the way and were running late, I sent an email to say that we wouldn't be arriving until around 5 p.m. When we arrived, the landlady immediately became mushy and said we were lucky she was still there, after all, this isn't a hotel where you can come and go as you please! Then come to the apartment with us. Very narrow and getting older. Then we were told in a Bundeswehr tone what was forbidden. No open windows, hand wash on departure day, not machine wash. If we use the washing machine and don't say anything, it will be recalculated because there is an extra meter and and and...Beds uncomfortable. Bedding was fresh, but the bedding must have dated back to imperial times. Heavy, sometimes lumpy and woke up every time I moved at night because the bed sheets rustled so much.After we were given the prohibited list in writing, she said goodbye and said we wouldn't see each other again during our stay. We should just leave the key outside. Oh yes, she said that the cleaning fairy would be happy if we stripped the beds. We would then be so shameless and not do it!Honestly, we were glad we didn't see her again

A very nice vacation. The landlady was very friendly and responded to our wishes. A nice gesture was the bottle of champagne as a New Year's greeting. The accommodation is typical Black Forest and very clean. Dogs are very welcome, so we would like to come back.

We spent 10 wonderful days there. The holiday apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. The house is very beautiful with its details. Very nice landlady who gave us lots of tips about excursions and restaurants.We will definitely come back :-)

We spent a wonderful holiday in the Sonnhalde holiday home. The apartment was very cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need on vacation. Dogs are also really welcome here!

We found the apartment very rustic and cozy. I like antique furniture and you can see from the pictures that the apartment is furnished with old furniture. So anyone who complains about it has themselves to blame. The landlady is very direct, but not unfriendly. The refrigerator gave up during our stay and a replacement was immediately provided and we were waived the fee for the WiFi. We only had to pay for 1 dog and the cleaning fee was super cheap at €20. So we vacuumed the apartment and stripped the beds. I found it really very clean. I get disgusted easily. But the bed linen, towels and dishes were clean and intact. There was even cleaning powder for the dishwasher, which is not common. There were dog bowls and water was available for the dogs. The terrace is nice and big. There is a bread roll service that works great and only costs 50 cents a day.If we go to the Black Forest again, we will go there. The location is also great. 3 lakes nearby.
