The house is charming and the corner bedroom upstairs is one of the cutest rooms I have ever laid eyes on! Everything was immaculately maintained and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Close to historic center of town. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this area.

Very charming guesthouse!! Single room very large, super clean, with balcony and wonderfully quiet location - yet nice and central! The hostess was very friendly, accommodating, nice and obliging! There is a guest refrigerator, stable WiFi and lots of information about the city and the surrounding area in the foyer! Recommendation!

Great rooms with almost historic beams and still in great shape and absolutely clean! You come in and immediately feel at home. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom a bit small, but completely fine. Breakfast offers everything your heart desires in great quality. The best thing, however, is the landlady, who followed me for about 500m in the morning and brought me the wallet that I had left at the reception! Thank you very much for that again :)

Initial contact via email and telephone worked wonderfully. The callback service for booking also made it easy to check in and out safely, quiet location, family atmosphere, rich, good breakfast with the latest free newspaper. Good WiFi. When you come back in the evening after a trip and If you want to enjoy a shandy or another drink on the balcony at the end of the day, you can do so in peace and quiet and pay a good, affordable price for the chilled drinks in the refrigerator at reception. Parking directly at the house, many opportunities in the immediate area to explore in all directions thanks to good connections, close to the center, nightlife area. Our room had a balcony, comfortable bed, even extra pillows were brought. Large closet, you can put your holiday clothes in there, your own safe in the room, shower and toilet were also included, washing the towels, shampoo, hand liquid soap and paper towels . Daily room service. In short, very friendly, family-like interaction with us. House kept in Bavarian style. We have booked again for Pentecost next year. Greetings from the Black Forest 👍🤗

Small but nice guesthouse directly at the spa park in Tölz. Everything you need is there. Very nice and personal care for the guests. Also ideal for cyclists. There is storage space for bikes. Good starting point for walks.
