We were with four women from May 6th. Until May 10, 2024 with Graf Reisen there. We were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were large and clean and the food was good and plentiful. The service was very nice. What more do we want?

I was in the hotel for 5 days in October, not a second time, the rolls were like I had been voted out, the evening meal was ok, the hotel was outside, it was in poor condition, I was only there to sleep, there is nothing going on in the place, I don't recommend the hotel

From the outside it looks very bad. The rooms are large and the bathroom is almost new.Otherwise the hotel is getting old (or decades). The conditions in the evening were very friendly, attentive and thought through. The owner could never smile.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel. Every morning we always got the same breakfast, sausage, cheese, ham, and coffee after asking. We were very disappointed. Unfortunately, we can't recommend it. It deserves zero stars

Style suits the Black Forest. The bathrooms are up to date. The rooms are very large, with large balconies and nice views. Small repairs might need to be made here and there. But the food was satisfactory and the price-performance ratio was right. I was satisfied.

Damp rooms, mold in the bathroom, everything very dirty and musty. Also pretty run down from the outside. Very unfriendly owner. Old and/or infirm people are sometimes treated very rudely, especially when they want to complain. The hotel is not barrier-free, even though it is stated in the description! The dinner was subpar. Cheapest finished products, carelessly prepared. Coffee lukewarm in the morning and rolls not baked properly. Here too everything was very unloving and unfriendly.I'm really at a loss for words. I didn't expect 5 stars for the price, but what you get for your money is outrageous. I can't understand all the great reviews.

Rooms were an imposition, very dirty, damp on the walls and spider webs all over the room. Not recommended, we were here with Graf Reisen over Easter 2024.

I spent a few days in the hotel with a tour group. The very large room was extremely clean. The whole house was pleasantly heated. The owner couple was very friendly.Small extra requests were fulfilled immediately wherever possible.I can't understand why some people rate the hotel so poorly in their reviews.Anyone expecting a gourmet meal should think about what is possible for the money they pay. The food was tasty home cooking.
