The first restaurant I tried while in Germany and it really set the bar high!So we didn't have a reservation, as we had just received the recommendation from a local, however the staff were extremely accommodating and willing to squeeze us in for dinner. My wife has a dairy allergy, and when we informed the waitress that we'd like to opt for no cream sauce on her schnitzel, it came out with a new sauce on the side - the kitchen was so extremely sweet and accommodating, they made her something delicious to have with her schnitzel that was dairy free!!Lastly, everything on the menu was incredibly delicious! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We tried the restaurant ( bib Gourmand- Michelin recommendation ) , the atmosphere is good , the staff are very welcoming , we tried the local dish as a starter ( Cocktail vpn handgepulten Nordseekrabben & komplett ausgeloesten ,,, ) was extraordinary. But the main dishes were disappointing as we don’t like the ingredients when it’s on top of each other like taking food from a buffet .I would suggest to remove the tomato sauce from the dish ( Kross gebratenes Nordsee) as it destroyed all the taste .A little bit expensive .

The Fährhaus restaurant enjoys a great reputation here on the coast. Not least because of the Michelin recommendation, we wanted to try it out ourselves. However, our expectations were not met. We decided on an aperitif. He was barely there and the food arrived. That somehow doesn't fit.The food was tasty - but a bit unimaginative.Good food - no question about it - but a Michelin recommendation?Important:This is our subjective opinion - I read a lot of TOP reviews here, so we definitely want to try it again.Absolutely positive:The staff was really very nice, polite and accommodating.

A big compliment to the kitchen crew and the service team. We were guests on 3 evenings and have to admit, we will come back again. From the starter to the dessert, everything was of really good quality. Technically well implemented. Varied map with a regional focus. Top... Thank you for the wonderful culinary hours with you.

Very good restaurant. The fish was excellent. We had the sole and the haddock with pearl barley risotto which is highly recommended (see pictures). Our daughter (and us) also really enjoyed the fruit iced tea. I can only recommend anyone holidaying in the region to visit the restaurant.
