Pension Villa Hany

My friends and I spent 4 nights in the guesthouse in July 2017. The equipment is rather retro-style, which did not surprise us considering the published photos. To welcome us, the owner invited us to unpack our suitcases and that she would show us around  . The first inconvenience with the landlady arose when the rooms were divided, when the landlady had already "paired" us. We have no idea by which key, but when we wanted to check in according to partner pairs, she shook her head incomprehendingly that we were making a mess of it for her. The whole stay was spent in this uncomprehending spirit (hers and ours). The owner charged CZK 30 for cleaning after breakfast (our own) and cleaning dishes from the barbecue. They say that we would be wasting water, so she would rather take care of the cleaning herself. So we left the dishes from breakfast and from the barbecue in the evening on the kitchen counter at the request of the landlady, with the understanding that she would then put them in the dishwasher and wash them. Unfortunately, after the first evening barbecue, the lady of the house was surprised that the dishes were dry, so that next time we should wash them and put them in the dishwasher. When we protested that yesterday was different and that we shouldn't wash the dishes after each other, we were told that we couldn't wash our plates properly (without grease)... After these vicissitudes, we decided to wash the dishes "secretly" in the sink. The family used the kitchen in the guesthouse for their own purposes, so we had to set aside an hour in the morning for breakfast and not exceed that time. Likewise, during the day and evening, we bumped into the landlady and her husband in the house, which was not pleasant. There are mini fridges in the rooms and unfortunately we couldn't fit food/drinks for the BBQ. The large refrigerator in the kitchen was once again used for family purposes, so we, the housekeeper, intervened in the daily functioning. During the entire stay in the guesthouse, you feel like intruders in someone's home. When we left, we attached the bikes to the racks and the lady of the house (at 9:00 a.m.) was already cleaning the rooms and running after us with the personal belongings that we had kept in the rooms so far. I don't even need to talk about the fact that the lady rearranged our shoes at the entrance and slowly straightened them into the "chimneys", or that we can only open/close the garage door once a day at best :D. Dear Mrs. Boss, she rents out rooms in a family house, which has absolutely nothing to do with running a boarding house. We regularly travel around the Czech Republic on vacation, but we have not encountered such an approach so far and we hope that we will not encounter it in the future. If you like a hard regime, we highly recommend the accommodation. Welcome to Mariánské Lázně 

Pension in a quiet location. The hostess is pleasant and helpful. We had two rooms facing the garden and with a balcony, which was very nice. Miniature shower, but otherwise the equipment is fine. Breakfast very good. A slight disadvantage is the location of the rooms in a family house, so you feel more like you are visiting than a guest house.

Nice accommodation of an older type, however clean, always tidy and absolutely sufficient. The room has a fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle and some small dishes. The accommodation is located about 4 km from the center of Mariánské Lázně and is located in a quiet location.

Quiet location of the guesthouse. Pleasant owner, always helpful. Clean room and plenty of towels. I warmly recommend it to everyone. Mariánské Lázně is a wonderful city - Singing fountain, BEAUTY.

Quiet and comfortable guesthouse. The owner provided a free transfer from the train station to the guesthouse and back.I recommend!

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. You can get to the center by bus, the stop is nearby, but on foot it’s a bit far and the road is uninteresting. …

We stayed here for 9 days.The elderly landlady is pleasant, without problems.Our room was clean.

A family-type pension with a housekeeper who is unbelievably dissatisfied with everything you do, he would probably prefer if you pay for the accommodation and live somewhere else.

Wonderful place, quiet, comfortable and very nice owners of this pension.Everything you need is provided for your stay, transfer to the railway station.
