Spa Hotel Silva is a wonderful hotel. The service at reception is very nice and you can communicate completely normally in German in the hotel. The treatments were really very good, the ladies there were very helpful and nice, they really tried hard to make it as pleasant as possible. The food there, if you purchase a spa package, is usually full board and very, very tasty. You can choose every day for the next day (dinner). Breakfast is simply wonderful, delicious and really plentiful, at lunch there is a snack which is really sufficient and in the evening there is soup, main man, salad and dessert. And the chef can cook, great. Whether poultry, roulades, game or rabbit. Well put to the point, not dry or whatever. For us there was absolutely nothing that we didn't like or want to eat. All dishes were wonderfully prepared and presented.We were there for the third time now and it was always wonderful. The location is also great, it's nice and quiet but still fairly central. I say you go across a small parg, then straight for a short stretch, then turn left and you're right at the Kolonada. The fountain there is also a great experience, it is also called the singing fountain. Different pieces of music and choreography at different times. In the evening there is also light, a wonderful experience for us. It is currently being overhauled and maintained so that it can be fully enjoyed again at the start of the new season. Marienbad in general is wonderful, a wonderful park, great hiking trails from Göthe, King Edward and other celebrities or high personalities. The old Kaiser and Churchill had also treated themselves here. For us it's just a wonderful way to do something for your health. Especially with the gas injections. You can't help but warmly recommend the hotel with its staff, spa treatments, doctor and food. Thank you very much and very much

Far from a 4* hotel.There are no drinks of any kind except during meal times.Neither in the afternoon on the terrace nor in the evening from 8.30 p.mThe staff and the room are top.So are the dishes on offer.

The hotel is in a quiet place, in the forest, and at the same time 150 m from the Colonnade and the main places where it lives and where the main attractions of the spa town are. The room was spacious and quiet with a balcony overlooking the forest. The food is excellent, with a rich selection. Staff willing and friendly. I do not evaluate the wellness, because we did not use it. I recommend the hotel.

NEGATIVE:In my opinion the drinks are overpriced compared to average Czech prices.Also negative is that the water bottles that are on the desk in the room are viewed by the hotel as a “minibar”.This means that the mineral water will be charged upon departure.In other hotels, the water bottle on the desk is a welcome gift.It was also nowhere clear that the water in the Hotel Silva had to be paid for separately.Here the guest should be clearly informed that the water bottles ON THE DESK are considered a minibar!The restaurant staff speaks little German or English.POSITIONS:The breakfast and dinner are good.The rooms are quite good.The staff is so friendly.The hotel is in a quiet location.The reception staff speaks good German.

If you are looking for a small, fine hotel in Mariánské Lázně, the Spa Hotel Silva is the right choice. You feel welcome from the first minute. The food, whether breakfast or dinner, is very tasty 😋. The spa treatments are carried out professionally by the girls in the spa area. We have felt very comfortable here

Absolutely amazing experience. Nothing to complain about. Perfect service, kind and helpful staff. I have to highlight the kitchen there. It is of a high standard. The hotel is in a quiet area, you can only hear the birds singing. Moreover, a short distance from the colonnade. I really recommend it, my friend and I they enjoyed a lot.

From booking to arrival you feel well looked after. German is spoken in all areas. The rooms are clean and quite large and the bathroom was recently renovated. I personally found the beds to be relatively firm. The food in the restaurant was very good, there are four 4-course menus to choose from for the evening. The staff is always friendly. The sauna consists of a converted room with a 2-person built-in sauna that is only used exclusively. A nice idea. Overall, the hotel is one of the rather small hotels and is therefore not overcrowded. The location of the hotel is also very good as it is the last house on the street and is right next to the forest. In addition to the street parking, a type of public hiking parking lot is available. Both can be paid for using the parking app and are also quite cheap due to their peripheral location. We only paid the equivalent of €2 per day.If you want to have a relaxing holiday in Mariánské Lázně, you are in good hands at this hotel.

Anyone who has something to complain about here is probably complaining everywhere. The hotel is great across the board. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet (my view was straight into the forest) and just as perfect if you want to be central, because the walk to the city center is about 5 minutes. The rooms are totally modern, nice and clean and very important to me… Not noisy! The treatments and the spa area are great and the food was consistently delicious and varied. The service was also perfect! I'll be back. And no, I'm not sold... just really excited. 🤩The only thing worth mentioning is that you won't find a large sauna area here (only two small private saunas), but you can use the one in the neighboring hotel with a swimming pool and saunas. It was enough for me personally. All the best to the whole crew.😊

My husband and I visited the hotel on the second weekend in February. Mariánské Lázně is our favorite and we chose the hotel based on reviews. The stay here exceeded all our expectations. We were warmly welcomed at the reception by the receptionist Petra. An incredibly pleasant and kind woman. He and his colleague explained everything we needed. The room was very cozy, clean and fragrant. We were thrilled. The food at the hotel was perfect. The culinary experience was only enhanced by the very nice staff - Šárka and Julia. In the wellness weekend package, we had a relaxing massage, which was perfect and you relaxed beautifully. In short, it was a fabulous weekend in a peaceful and pleasant environment and we hope to visit here again soon 👍 thank you J+R from Pilsen 🤗
