I've never left a negative review of an accommodation but it seems essential here. The apartment has a nice view of Lake Luisa but that's about it for praise. Inside it's not only getting old, it's partly unreasonable. It's relatively dark, especially the kitchen. Cheap pictures are hung on the wall while still wrapped to cover up stains. Glasses counted. Cutlery and kitchen utensils not sufficient. The old stove was a disaster. The bedroom is ancient and the beds are bad. With every slightest movement everything creaks loudly. The pillows and duvets are also old, somehow damp and therefore smell bad. At least the large closet offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom was renovated at some point and is probably the best thing about the apartment. The living room looks okay in terms of furnishings in photos. The sofa and armchairs are very uncomfortable and also musty. The carpet that is laid out almost everywhere looks really bad. Because of all the folds, it presents quite a stumbling hazard. There are too many knick-knacks and the curtain with saddle cloth is not very pretty and no longer up to date.But the crowning glory is the older landlady. I have never encountered anything so unfriendly and cheeky. The whole greeting, because I was exactly 4 minutes late, turned into an unfriendly, long lecture. She also trampled around the floor above the apartment for hours until late in the evening. After 3 days I asked her politely who it was above us and that it was really loud because it often lasted for hours. She says there's nothing she can do about it and that I'll be rid of her at the weekend. Unbelievable stuff like that. My husband was also very shocked by the behavior.I rate the location with 5 stars, the rooms and service with 0.We will never see this property again.

Unfortunately, Miramar Castle is getting a bit old. You could definitely swap one or two pieces of furniture for modern ones. The carpet could also be replaced again. The breakfast is simple. Unfortunately, the breakfast room is too small, so when the house is full it can happen that you don't get a seat. The lady of the house makes an effort.

Nice view of the gondola pond. Quiet location. Albert-Bad, theater within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Parking on site good. Friendly staff

Large, well furnished apartment. Everything clean and tidy. Staff friendly, competent and helpful. Approx. 3 minutes walk to the town center. Thermal baths and everything else within walking distance. Breakfast tasty and plentiful.
