After what felt like 70% were on company vacation on the first day of the fall break, we luckily ended up here. Super friendly service and super delicious food. Whether it's a children's plate of chicken nuggets, cheese pätzle, schnitzel or dumplings, everything is delicious including the salad. Therefore 5 out of 5 stars and only recommended.

Beautiful rural hotel, in a beautiful spa town... if you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. We also highly recommend the fishing hut right on the lake in Bad Bayersoien--- great food and totally cozy... we'll definitely be back!!!

Good service but unfortunately not a good dining experience. The food came relatively quickly, so a lot of it was obviously prepared, which was clearly noticeable in the fried potatoes. When we returned the potatoes we were not offered an alternative - the waiter brought the potatoes back and said unfortunately there was nothing else. At the end, after we had already waited for dessert, we were informed that the Kaiserschmarrn was out - which makes us wonder which of the ingredients could be missing. Probably the chef's revenge for us criticizing his potatoes.

The butcher was recommended to us. We were there on September 5th, 2024. I ordered Kaiserschmarrn. Just like it was on the map. Caramelized Kaiserschmarrn. Unfortunately it was served to me cold. I complained and got a fresh Kaiserschmarrn. Unfortunately only lukewarm, with almond slivers and rum-soaked raisins. There was applesauce on the menu and sliced apple compote came. There was no prior notice from the waiter. This wasn't on the menu. This is very bad for allergy sufferers and Alcoholics Anonymous. This wasn't good for me either because I react to almonds with a cough. In terms of taste, this was the worst Kaiserschmarrn I've ever been served. Only a superficial apology came from the staff. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing for us that my husband had already finished his meal and I was able to start eating 20 minutes later thanks to this cold Kaiserschmarrn. We wanted to eat together and not at a different time. We expected better service from a hotel.
