On my bike tour I found a very nice, very clean room on a large, quiet farm with a beautiful garden to hang out in and 3 storks on the roof. The people there were really nice. The breakfast was the best and most filling on my entire tour! Highly Recommended.

So, oh well. A few words about my low rating: We booked the guesthouse in April and had this confirmed very nicely and quickly by email for our tour in August.What was a bit suboptimal was the surprise that our room was unfortunately no longer available. There was no email or call either. There was just this slightly unpleasant surprise.There are now two stars for the efforts to activate another room for us. And one for nice personal use on site.And that's why I don't want to and can't say any more about the accommodation - because we decided against the "emergency solution" and were able to quickly find an alternative.I can only advise: definitely ask again beforehand - maybe something has come up.

We are here to cycle and find it very nice and pleasantly quiet. The rooms are very clean and have a small bathroom with a shower. WiFi, television, towels, soap and toothbrush cups - everything is there. I think the loving night lighting in two places in the yard is very nice. If you have problems with light while sleeping, you can use a sleep mask - like me. The breakfast was delicious and comprehensive. The owner is very nice and very considerate. It is a PENSION with a great price-performance ratio. If you need 5-star facilities, you should stay in a hotel like this, certainly at 4 times the price and then possibly on the street and with street lights in front of the windows.I can recommend it with a clear conscience and we will definitely come back.

Cozy and clean accommodation in a quiet village location directly on the Elbe, very friendly and courteous innkeepers, impeccable value for money and a rich, delicious breakfast... The stork's nest is a wonderful roof over for a bike trip or even for a longer period of time the head.Tip: For a warm dinner, you should try to get a table in the neighboring locations early. The hotel/restaurant “Golmer Weinberg” is highly recommended.

The beds were read through, the room couldn't be darkened and the light from outside shone into the room all night long. Wi-Fi and television didn't work and a night lamp didn't work. The breakfast was very modest. People hadn't heard of data protection either - there was an address book available to the public. When I asked for a bill I was asked to leave immediately.

We stayed in the stork's nest during our bike tour. Very nice staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast and tips for excursions were included.We really liked it!

Great, cute accommodation. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is served directly at the table and leaves nothing to be desired. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very simple guesthouse, but clean, cozy, friendly. The shower wall should be opened carefully.The furniture is fine, we slept well, everything was fine.

We were here on the occasion of the “Bad Schmiedeberg” rally. Very clean rooms, good down-to-earth breakfast, very, very nice staff. Unreservedly recommended. :)
