Restaurant: Somewhat outdated furniture. Service friendly and quick. View great. Food classy at first glance. Relatively expensive. In the pollock fillet there are bones, the waitress said that can happen with fish, but experts can easily get them out before frying. You might want to practice that.

I can't say anything about the hotel, we wanted to eat delicious fish there, we took fish fillet from the daily menu. Unfortunately we had sooooo many bones that it wasn't nice anymore, it's a shame we only heard that it can happen and after all they aren't fish fingers. I think there may be a few bones in there, but there were a lot of bones in each piece, which has nothing to do with fillet for me, I'm sorry. We won't go there anymore.

We always enjoyed drinking and eating something here when we were in Dangast. But not recommended with a small baby/child.We asked for a glass of porridge to be warmed up for us. The answer was clearly “No, we can’t”. Topic settled.I have never experienced anything like this in Germany or other European countries.Elsewhere they sometimes apologized for not having a microwave and then brought us a bowl of hot water or something similar to warm up the glass. So congratulations, with your clear “no” you may be unique in Europe.

Yesterday, seven people spontaneously wanted to have a drink or eat ice cream around 3:30 p.m. In the winter garden all the tables were full of dirty dishes. We sat down and the waitress told us in a mushy tone that we would have to wait at least 20 minutes for her, or even longer. We then left immediately and preferred to spend our money elsewhere. We live on the coast ourselves and enjoy coming to the restaurants when the holidaymakers leave. Very unprofessional. Never again!

Went here to eat while passing through. Had different types of fish: great quality. And yes, you have to be able to parry the North German humor.
