A family reunion was planned and the Wöhling family's holiday home seemed suitable for it. All three families, baby and dog felt very comfortable. There is so much space in the house, in the large kitchen-living room and on the very well-kept property. The huge meadow was perfect for letting off steam and the great wooden seating area was perfect for relaxing, grilling and chatting.You shouldn't expect luxury, rather a very rustic atmosphere. Our goal was to spend a nice weekend with the family and that worked very well. The house played a significant part in that.The only drawback, which unfortunately dampened the mood a bit... There is no freezer compartment. So the drinks were available without ice and the ice packs quickly lost their actual purpose on the long journey home.

There was no freezer or at least a freezer compartment. The fridge was far too small for 8 people, you could hardly fit all the food for breakfast, let alone drinks. Every day from early morning to evening, a robotic lawnmower drove across the meadow. You couldn't lie there or play. With the dog, which was on a drag leash (since it wasn't allowed to run around freely), you had to be careful that the robot didn't go over the leash. That was very annoying. The house is very noisy. When we left the house, we were asked to close all the windows on the upper floor (they were tilted) because they supposedly rattled. The vacuum cleaner on the lower floor was broken and the heating downstairs in the lounge didn't work. The beds were way too low and the upstairs bathroom door squeaked extremely loudly.Arrival only from 4 p.m., departure no later than 10 a.m. A whole day of vacation is wasted.It's a shame - actually a nice house with a covered terrace in beautiful surroundings.It's a shame - actually a nice house with a covered terrace in beautiful surroundings.
