It's a shame that boutique hotels mean something different. Price performance doesn't fit at all. The rooms in the basement are somewhat clean, but the bathroom smells musty and dates back to the 70s. The reception from the boss was musty like the rooms.

Rooms very small but everything was clean. For longer stays, ask for a larger room. The staff is super friendly, you feel very comfortable there. It is in a very rural location. For those who want the hustle and bustle of the city, it is only advisable that it doesn't bother you to drive a few kilometers every day.Ideal for cyclists and hikers or people with dogs. A cozy beer garden also invites you to linger. However, one thing bothered me. The breakfast was the same every day. If you took a picture of the buffet at the beginning you could compare it every day. It was identical. Mostly just one type of roll and two types of dry bread. It has already been seen that it has been put there for several days. Likewise the cheese plate. But several ways of preparing eggs were always made fresh. Hot dishes, on the other hand, were always delicious.Still highly recommended.

Dear team,I would like to share my experience during my stay to give constructive feedback. When I arrived at 6-7pm there was no one at reception and communication between staff didn't seem to work smoothly. The request to extend the check-out was treated rather superficially, and despite promising and telling us that they would provide a confirmation the following day at 10 a.m., no one showed up the next day.The room itself did not meet my expectations. An unpleasant smell from the toilet, a bed that was smaller than expected, and unwanted visitors such as ladybugs and spiders contributed to a disappointing overnight stay. The squeaking of the floor reinforced the overall negative impression. It would be desirable if the reception was staffed at all times, especially on public holidays, to better handle emergencies. Additionally, I recommend a thorough review of room quality and improved internal communication between employees.I hope my suggestions help optimize your services. Thank you for your understanding.Well, I don't know. Absolutely doesn't have to happen again.

Room in the style of the 60s. TV from the late 90's (HD ready). Bathroom, from the 70s, shower access through a small 1.60m gap. Furniture early 80s.Sockets are widely distributed and rarely available. The highlight, the service. Friendly and helpful!

If you are looking for a pleasant, centrally located and relatively inexpensive place to stay with a good breakfast in Bad Bevensen, you can only recommend this nice, small, owner-managed hotel! However, if you are looking for a wellness hotel or accommodation with restaurants etc., you are definitely in the wrong place here. The house is in a quiet location, but still central. For example, you can reach the Diana Rehabilitation Clinic, the Kurpark and the Kurhaus in just a few minutes on foot, and the city center can also be easily reached on foot in 10 - 15 minutes, so you usually hardly need the car during your stay and can leave it in the parking lot behind the house. The rooms are friendly and clean, the beds and mattresses are comfortable - at least for my back. The breakfast offers a large selection for the rather small house (cereals, rolls, bread, eggs, cheese and cold cuts, yoghurt, honey, jam, fruit, etc.). Unfortunately there are no further restaurant offerings and no other lounges.Especially for shorter stays in Bad Bevensen, e.g. to visit relatives in the rehabilitation clinic or for oneI can recommend the house for a weekend trip!
