Very nice inn, we were there for 4 days of motorcycling.Everything was fine. The food was great, breakfast was also great and plentiful.The house and therefore the rooms are a bit older, but completely fine and clean.The owners are extremely helpful if there are any problems, thank you again for the help with the license plate.

You can say that you can still find the proverbial hospitality here that you simply know from traditional village inns. Warm, uncomplicated, a charming and honest establishment, because fresh food made entirely in-house and with love is not only on the menu, but is also served.The service is very nice, natural and warm and they are happy to accommodate special requests. I had a schnitzel with Hungarian sauce and French fries. Everything was freshly and deliciously prepared without any over-the-top decoration, but simply honest.Add a fresh mixed salad and the meal was perfect.A little note from me:It would be great, especially for diabetics, if there were sugar-free drinks besides water...

Very good butcher shop. Great quality and everything is always fresh. Super nice staff, where service is still alive 😊 😊 😊In the inn you can eat very, very well and in abundance. I can only recommend everyone to take a break there and try the really good home cooking.Thank you very much 🧡 We will definitely be back 😄🤗😄

We were there for the first time and were very positively surprised. At first it takes a bit of getting used to, as there are a lot of stuffed animals there and I felt like I was being watched ;-) I wasn't specifically looking for vegetarian dishes, but I think it's difficult for vegetarians. (Is just a butcher)But the food was absolutely delicious, we had fries with schnitzel, but everything was super tasty, the fries weren't run of the mill because they were well seasoned, the schnitzel was great, even the side salad was a highlight. The portions were also great, not too massive, but certainly not small!!!The price was also very very good. Even that cyclist was better than anywhere else. So keep it up, we'll come back more often :-)

We have been going to Gießübel in the winter for years and regularly eat at the Schwarzer Adler. The food is home-style home cooking that is of very good quality. We've never had a bad meal there. The schnitzel is an absolute must. Great inn, very cozy and super nice innkeepers.

Great inn with a very friendly, talkative, pleasant and pleasant boss who gives excursion tips. I'm a fan of the simpler dishes and they were definitely available here too. I can recommend the delicious farmer's breakfast with blueberry liqueur. In the morning you can also get freshly baked rolls from the butcher shop if you order in advance. I hope that the inn will continue to exist for a long time and that the tradition will continue if necessary.
