I had booked the hotel after checking the area for hotels with pools, there were even pictures of the pool on various web sites. However, when we checked in we were told the pool was closed and that this was noted on reservation. We booked directly through the hotel site and saw no mention of the pool being closed. The hotel seems a bit rundown inside and out but the room we had was more updated and comfortable, with a working A/C. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. The staff were also very friendly.If you are not staying in the area to go the safari or amusement park there is not much to do around the hotel, especially for kids.All in all, it is a decent hotel for the value but i would probably not stay more than one night.

I booked this room to stay overnight, but unfortunately, there was a lot of noise throughout the night. In the morning, the cleaning staff created additional noise while working in the nearby rooms. The hallway outside the rooms was also dirty. The English support in the reception was poor, but fortunately, I found someone in the kitchen who spoke English and was able to assist us. When I requested a kettle from reception, the staff member seemed confused, as though he was new and unfamiliar with the procedures. Overall, I expected better discipline and service.

Very poor hotel. Some rooms are renovated, but very simple. Even the fridge was removed. Breakfast is simple, bur served in a very dark and depressing place. |The rest of the hotel looks a bit desperate and old fashioned. ||Car charging available at fixed price of 15€, but you only get 3 kW….

We think it is perfect hotel for the price. Children friendly place. They have their own inside playground.Small disappointment about swiming pool which was closed.Breakfast was really good. Big Thanks to a nice lady which worked 2024 Easter morning.Location of hotel is perfect. We stayed 3 nights. It is close by A7 Autobahn, Serengeti safari, Bremen and Hannover.There is river by. Nice place to walk around.Free parking lot. Definitely will come and stay here again. Thank you

Not at all a 4-star Hotel as announced, and the entire place gave the impression of a settlement instead of a hotel. However, the room where fresh with comfortable beds, and also a good breakfast.A very nice and friendly receptionist welcomed us, but the staff in the restaurant is in dire need of a charm course, which also is the main reason for the poor total rating

On arriving one would think that we have finally arrived , on appearance the hotel 🏨 looks decent but once you get past the reception in ur way to you rooms you start wondering white lies ahead . I was totally disappointed in this hotel the rolls on entry look normal like what u would expect from a hotel. The bathrooms hmmm are another thing when u entre them u think it’s an Old people’s home , it’s all plastic inside guess it’s convenient for cleaning but it’s got the worst terrible filling . The room was cold and on asking the reception it took some time for them to find the heater . The bed was completely uncomfortable, I was there for a total of 4 nights and my room was not made up despite me having hanged the PLEASE CLEAN sign . Breakfast was the only thing I guess was ok . I think they have to do something drastic coz this hotel does not stand up to its 4 star reputation.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was really good. The room was standard, clean and comfortable. The hotel is children's friendly but having a kids corner situated in the main eating area is perhaps not the best thing for anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet breakfast or dinner. Kids were also cannonballing the pool until very late evening, so the wellness area is also not relaxing. Good food but would is only a suitable accommodation for "children's holidays".

I was there for a business dinner part of a larger group. Let's see. When arriving 15 mins early, we were told to "go to our rooms". Only half of us had rooms there. In any case... What the hell? Go to our room? So we managed to talk the waiter into bringing us beer. He keeps explaining that we had to pay. Sure. We expect to pay.It was a buffet. The worst I have ever had in my life. Everything was over cooked. It tasted very bland. And almost everything has been deep fried or completely overcooked.The waiter was arrogant, rude and not in any way forthcoming. I still wonder why he was wearing one white glove.. but maybe he was signalling that the glove was off.Well. First. Last. Don't go there until the entire place has been razed to the ground and rebuilt under new management.

Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was OK however not exceptional.My room didn't have WiFi or a Television that worked as the TV's are WiFi driven, maybe it was just a bad reception area for WIFI. 5 Euro's for a medium bottle of Tap water was too much and no coffee or Tea making facilities, again this should be the normal these days....
