Disappointing! The homepage belies the true condition of the accommodation, which is long past its best. Access to the holiday apartment is via a narrow spiral staircase. Carrying the suitcases up here is a small task. Access to the poetic race requires a certain acrobatics. The wooden floor has holes and the railing is wobbly. Not harmless! The inside is clean, but one pillow, for example, has blood stains and was simply turned over. You can have some breakfast until warm water comes. Price and performance overall are simply not consistent.

Booking process chaotic. Landlord is difficult to reach; Responds very slowly to email and telephone inquiries. Advance payment required and very inflexible when making changes. Cancellations. No longer timely.The rooms were very exotic and access was only possible via a steep staircase.Some of the bathrooms are integrated into the bedroom. The toilet is very difficult to use for taller people and wasn't very clean. Overall, the room didn't make a good impression and the cleanliness was also very poor. (cobwebs on the ceiling)Breakfast was modest and overpriced at 10 euros. The room prices are in the upper range and are not appropriate for the services and facilities. Comparable rooms in town offer much better service.Conclusion: Unfortunately not recommended and therefore there is only one star.

Booking and key handover are a bit special. The advertised WiFi in the lounge/dining room did not work on any of the days. Rooms were clean, except for extreme limescale stains in the toilet. The shower only got warm after an actual 5 minutes, never hot. The water pressure was well...The climb to the rooms is via a steep wooden staircase. Difficult with luggage and for older people. Breakfast was plentiful and also a nice small selection. All in all ok for the price.

Booked a double room at the beginning of May and paid for the end of June. Approx.10 days before the start of the trip to a congress taking place in Flonheim, you simply cancel by email without giving any reasons. Not a word of apology or reference to other free capacities in the area. This is much better. It wasn't really easy to get a replacement. Actually you should complain...

Expensive for the conditions, cheap for the surroundings. A blue capsule-shaped shower in the middle of the room right next to the bed is a very exotic combination. Fairly atmospheric and clean. The owner is quite specific.

We were there with a large group!!Uniform opinion: Quiet YES, clean NO!! too expensive YES!!!To be honest I was extremely disappointed and would never stay there again!!The quality of the rooms including bad TV are hard to beat these days!!!!!!!!!!
