Great place - easy to find, and great parking access. Nice clean and new apartment with the most things you need, we only missed some shampoo at the bathroom, but everything else was tip top. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. 👍🏻

Very friendly owner, room was beautiful and very clean.

Clean apartments, nice if you’re with 2 people. The only - is that (at least me and my wife) had an EXTREMELY loud boiler.

One with shower, washing machine, and vacuumer.+ Kitchen with everything: fridge, freezer, dish washing machine, coffee machine, oven, toaster, stove etc.+ Couch area with big TV and lots of channels to choose from.+ Free ~50 Mbit down / ~16 Mbit up WiFi.+ Thermostats in every room to control the climate with visual displays.+ In every room there are at least two electrical outlets.+ Instead of a safe box there are four small rooms with lots of space and personal keys each. All with two electrical outlets.+ Good air circulation in rooms.+ Free outside parking that's partly shielded with a tall wall.- No one were here in the weekend,which was unbeknownst to us when we accidentally locked ourselves out.+ However, after we called they sent a guy really quickly who unlocked our apartment.- Noise from highway when windows are open.- Only had one key, and the door shuts and can't be opened unless using the key.Fun fact: there's both a normal toilet and a pissoir in both bathrooms.

Very trippy rooms!

A perfect place for both a shorter and longer stay. Very clean, comfortable and elegantly equipped with everything you need, entire apartments with kitchens, as well as single rooms. Clean, comfortable and spacious bathrooms. For a longer stay, it is possible to order laundry. The owners were nice and very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality and patience;) and I recommend this place with full confidence.

Family run.Large parking lot, also for teams.Neumünster around the corner.Clean rooms with storage space, fridge, table and web+TV and good beds.Hallways and bathroom impeccably designed.Kitchen and coffee machine available.Acceptable and pleasant in every way.In the summer, depending on the floor, adding a fan or air conditioning unit if you don't want to ventilate through drafts is the only constructive suggestion for optimization.A pleasant and smooth stay as everything is as described. Germany the country of complainers!I don't know why there is so much complaining.I chose the Wasbek room rental because it looked very appealing on the internet and was very conveniently located for me.Every now and then I always spend 4 days on business in Kiel and Neumünster.Location & Parking:The location was perfect because it was only 2 minutes away from the A7.Despite there being a lot of vehicles in the parking lot, my large rig would have had 10 more spaces.Check-in time:Due to a few traffic jams on the way north, I wasn't able to arrive until after midnight, but I had called beforehand.The gentleman in the office waited patiently for me and showed me to my room at 1:30 a.m., even though he had already been there for 5 hours. had finished work.Everything was perfect.My room had a double bed and a single bed, modern furnishings and very clean.It was clear that everything there was fairly new and lavishly furnished.The owner later told me that there are 68 beds and that this guesthouse opened in 2017.A little too warm:I accidentally confused the underfloor heating control unit with an air conditioning display and therefore set it very warm. :-) My own fault.The next day the temperature was perfect.Fast Internet:Fast internet was very important for me:The internet was very fast the entire time and also ran without any problems on the Smart TV.Breakfast:Unfortunately there was no breakfast, but that wasn't offered either.This was available every morning at the bakery around the corner, at really humane prices.Barbecue area:In the evening there were a few guests who grilled outside in the good weather.There were 3 pavilions which were always at capacity.But the smokers had to stop somewhere.My conclusion:Very friendly staff. Try to help every guest and do everything rightVery tasteful, modern, clean roomsFast internetVery good transport connections (Neumünster only 5 minutes & Kiel could be reached in 20 minutes)Very good “Restaurant am Boxberg” nearbyVery humane pricesNegatives:No sandy beach in front of the door.At least in summer, despite the relatively large number of beds, it is often fully booked.So I had to book my next trip in Neumünster, but definitely back in Wasbek next time.
