If only I could give —stars!!!! Olga the receptionist is soooo rude!!! We booked online for the hotel and were given a room in the annex 4th floor no lift. The windows were open when we walked into the room obviously they were trying to hide the stink of something. We asked to be moved and told them of heart issues and stairs and were told nothing was available to try later. At 9pm the lady at reception Olga yelled from her office “what did we need” She checked and found a room on the second floor but told us we would have to pay €39 for cleaning. I asked why we had to pay for moving from a stinky room on the 4th floor, she yelled at me that I can’t say the room was stinky and on the 4th floor without lift, she was horrible called me a liar and refused to give me her name or a manger to speak with. I was able to ask her name from other staff!! DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!! Will call managers in the morning but other staff indicated this was a common problem without assistance from any owners or managers.

3 of us stayed at Hotel Holl, we travelled on our motorbikes, the hotel has secure parking for motorbikes, which is excellent, the hotel owner also let me use his selection of tools, to fix a minor problem I had. …

Place was booked through work and by a colleague. It is clean and very basic. As is typical in Germany tiny duvets and awful pillows if you can call them that.  …

The good thing about this hotel is it's location, just a short walk from the city centre. They advertise with free parking, but we had to pay 10€. The room was clean and OK, the bathroom was very small. …

Not the fanciest hotel in town, but it's practical, clean and the price is reasonable. Also, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are great. The young lady at the front desk with the blonde hair is just a gem. I would definitely stay here again.

We met in Cochem for a family reunion. We picked the "Pfingst" weekend, which of course made hotels a little more expensive and a bit harder to book. …
