The accommodation is nicely set up...but be careful not to slip on the tiles that are everywhere when they get wet (so I fell). Excellent screws in the veranda stairs, lighting that did not work everywhere and hygiene could be better. Breakfast was delivered in a box without plates and butter. No spoon to stir for coffee and tea, not even in the house, it was all tasteless and that for 20 per person. For the price you pay, you can really do better.

Recession refers to Suite Dreams 18bSo typical Dutch atmosphere. Originally high quality furniture and interior design. Unfortunately here and there poorly processed or maintained. For us, the most important thing about the whirlpool is not a whirlpool but a bathtub with a whirlpool function. This means that water is not kept hot but must be reduced or replaced completely. The large tub was clean and filled with warmth, but we drained it, sprayed it out and refilled it again over the course of the evening. This is a bit time-consuming but worth it. It is certainly not the private spa with the best “value for money”However, with a shower, bathtub, television, bed and barrel sauna outside for a relaxing evening. For many German tourists who are not familiar with Dutch serenity, it is an unusual establishment. What was positive to highlight was the private check-in. You will receive a video room tour and the door passcode via WhatsApp. The point that many people complain about, that you don't get a replacement if you are not satisfied, comes from the fact that you have to report defects and request refunds during your visit. The earlier, the more effective.

What seemed to be beautiful became more disappointing by the hour. For the money you pay it is quite messy... the concept is nice but the overall picture is not.Had a good reception, but there was no service. Wifi was not an option, did not receive a code.. asked for an email and text message and did not hear anything, tried to call and did not hear anything.. luckily Netflix did it.Booked breakfast, it was supposed to be delivered around 9:30 am, no one showed up and no response to calls and text messages... very unfortunate and sad, we waited until 11:30 am and greetings...Paying a lot of money for little special

The location is great but the reception was not good.Private sauna is mediocre, you fall through the planks and the rats walk right in. 2 rats came face to face. You sit relaxed in the sauna!!!Swimming pool earthworms in the tarpaulin are not good.If you want to shower outside, that's not possible. If you want to eat you have to do it with your fingers, there is no cutlery. You have to wait a year for the infrared sauna to become warm. The jacuzzi did not come with fresh water, it is a lot of money for little quality.Do you think you want to relax and have a party in the garden with BBQ and music? It is easy to earn money this way once, but not again

Absolutely outrageous and unreasonable for such a price. We paid 459 euros for one night and what we found was certainly not what is described and advertised in the pictures.A poorly converted extension where no windows could be opened or darkened in the bedroom, stains and hair on the ceiling, a broken sink and lots of cobwebs. In general everything was very dirty and unkempt! There was stale water in the jacuzzi, the apartment stank, the extra towels you paid for were missing, the outside area was run down and generally a cheap dive and a blatant ploy to take money out of people's pockets! We were greeted quickly and awkwardly by a young man and when we were trying to sort out the problem, we were treated unkindly by the person in charge and the owner of these apartments in a drunken state.!! We were only there for an hour and only wanted part of the money back but you couldn't have a decent conversation with the man in that condition because he became aggressive and rude.We then drove home!Absolutely shameful and sad to ask for so much money and be treated like this!

Beware of rip-offs...Unfortunately, we didn't look at any reviews beforehand; these would most likely have stopped us from booking this location.More apparent than is and far too overpriced for what you get..Starting with the fact that there is no service at all, just a video that is sent to you via WhatsApp without a sentence. We didn't know the number and weren't sure whether it was spam, but we blocked the number for security reasons. When we got to the location, we stood in front of the door for about 30 minutes, rang the bell several times and couldn't reach anyone, even though we could Heard voices from the house. At some point it worked over the phone and we were referred to the video mentioned above. We were surprised that it came from the landlord and asked if we could get it again. Apart from the access code for the smart lock system, we haven't heard anything else from the landlord. No one can be reached by phone anymore and there are no more answers via WhatsApp, for example to requests for WiFi access. So far so good. When we arrived in the converted basement, we sat outside and put our feet up for a moment. After a short while we decided to try out the pool. This gave off an extremely disgusting smell that made us assume that the water here had not been renewed for a while. During our very short stay in the pool we also noticed that the pool floor was sandy and slippery and also had small Styrofoam Similar, white residues were floating around in the water... disgusted by that, we showered off straight away and looked at the rest of this "luxury apartment", from dirt on the floor to pubic hair lying around everywhere, so everything was there. The icing on the cake was a sign in the bathroom saying that cleaning costs will be charged if the apartment is not left clean. Even though this is all very sad, we had to laugh out loud.Definitely not a recommendation.

Location 4 stars = it is nicely secluded and easily accessible.Service 3 stars = neutral because I did not use any serviceRooms 2 stars = jacuzzi was not clean because the water was not clear and smelled stale and the lighting did not work either. Fortunately, we had brought our own towels, but they were not available.

The concept is good. A completely private house, with two double beds and a sauna, infrared sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. We found the house via Natuurhuisje.nl and I can tell you that it certainly does not belong on that website, which already creates expectations that it cannot meet. You pay the top price. Check-in is at 6:30 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. 17.5 hours to use the facilities, we paid 425 euros for this. The outside lighting did not work. The lighting in the sauna (elsewhere on the site) also did not work, so we could no longer use it when it was dark. The sockets on the terrace did not work. There were no towels provided, this is clearly stated as included on the booking confirmation. There were no clean dishes, the dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher. And the outdoor pool had a temperature that is probably lovely when it is 25 degrees outside 😉Up to this point we have made the best of it. Towels were provided, as well as washing up liquid so we could do the dishes. But when we wanted to go into the jacuzzi, the hot water ran out. The houses on the site were all fully booked and the boiler was empty. After calling and texting again, a hose of hot water was arranged from the main house, but this no longer resolved the overall experience and slumped atmosphere.Once again the concept is perfect, when you enter you are really impressed, but a lack of organization and good technology means that we were not able to enjoy it as we expected. And that makes it a lot of money for little. Hospitality is more than just a good concept.

Tapas, from plastic containers. Without cutlery, crockery or anything... a luxury package for a shitty amount of money, including a red wine from Aldi, just over 4 euros... and bubbles from the deca market, just over 5 euros. It doesn't matter, just report it! No napkins, no dishes or towel. There is no normal light either, and a draft comes from every crack. With air conditioning you have to heat everything if your toes are not frozen before then1 towel per person, when you come out of the pool you are done. You can no longer shower because you don't have a towel😂By the waythis is anything but a suite... a converted log cabin, with drafts coming from everywhere. The well-stocked minibar with 5 cans, with a post-payment of 2 euros per can, and an additional 150 euros had to be paid in cash. Also walk to the 'sauna' every 10 minutes if the fire goes out you have a problem. Lighting is no longer possible. The idea is nice, and it could have been a success if you also got value for money. For 150 euros you wouldn't have heard me, but that would have been a waste of money!Cold cold uncomfortable intention, in which there is certainly more than photoshopped with the advertisement. There is no normal couch, and the cloth they call a duvet is what you use to dry your dog.Spent an hour and booked a van der Valk, where you get value for your money. Had asked to credit half of the amount... no idea.Very sad intention, the canopy I have behind it is more luxurious, and there is no draft 😂To eat? Yes, you can order fries somewhere... but how you eat them is your own problem! Don't expect cutlery or anything! Conclusion, the least finishing place of Kim HIs better cared for!By the way, don't let anything happen, because it is not safe.

The table light was broken. There was no WiFi. The sauna didn't work. No television program. Bed way too soft. The jacuzzi was fine. Quiet location.
