We didn't have a room but we were at a party. Beautiful inside. There was also enough parking space. A waitress was relatively unfriendly. Otherwise, the order of the activities was stupid & the fact that there were no snacks or anything like that would have been more pleasant. But apart from that there was plenty of space & very clean toilets. The selection of drinks wasn't very big and expensive. A pity!

We had our prom in this location yesterday. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed myself. There was no typical champagne reception as the trays were simply placed on the table. The waiters repeatedly ignored orders from high school graduates (it was clearly visible who was a high school graduate and who was a relative) at the table and you then had to get it yourself. Unfriendly treatment is sometimes the order of the day here. At the buffet, there were no signs that would identify the many desserts by name. After the buffet, there were suddenly no more service staff to serve the tables. At night you were practically forced to leave as the service staff cleared the tables and asked you to push forward. It is more than sad that an event like this costs so much money and only such a low level of service is provided. The price-performance ratio is very bad. I hope the team takes this review to heart and changes their behavior.

We were there for an event and stayed at the hotel.The room faced west and was very, very warm. We didn't open the windows in the evening/night because there were no mosquito screens. Beds ok so far. Rooms are rather small, so more than 2 suitcases will be difficult.Bathroom was modern, bright and very clean!The hall downstairs and the staff were absolutely top!

New Year's Eve celebration, it was by far the best buffet. Everything was exactly to the point for so many guests, master performance. Service was also very quick and always on site. Don't forget the DJ, he kept everyone on their toes. Very nice celebration, thanks to the Janssen family for organizing this

I stayed in this hotel as a bus driver with a tour group over New Year's Eve.I have to say that I was very excited. The rooms were neat, clean and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. If anything was missing from the breakfast buffet, it was immediately refilled.The New Year's Eve celebration was mega. The buffet was great, nothing was missing.If it works out again, I would be happy to come back to you in East Frisia.Deserved 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

I can only report on the hall. We once had a staff meeting there and now for the second time we were guests at a pardon.During a business meeting with around 300 people, it was noticed that after about an hour the air in the room was getting worse. Even opening the doors didn't help. When coffee and cake were served after about 1.5 hours, the next disappointment came: the thermos flasks had been on the tables since the beginning of the event, so some of the coffee was cold. The cake was frozen cake that had probably been thawed for some time.The first acquittal a few years ago was fine. The service was good. The air is pleasant even after 2 hoursDuring the last acquittal, the group tables were arranged a little too close together. If you didn't want to leave or enter the room via the dance floor, you had to walk through the narrow rows. Unfortunately, one or two times you bumped into another guest. The service was good. People often asked if they wanted something to drink and empty bottles were quickly cleared away.Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Apparently frozen goods had been warmed up here again. The sauces provided (tomato sauce, gravy and hollandaise) tasted suspiciously like ready-made products. Unfortunately, the fish and roast pork were completely overcooked. The noodles in the vegetarian noodle bake were also really soft. The fries or generally the potatoes were cold.It was always refilled, but after a short time there was almost nothing left.We were also disappointed with the dessert. Bag products also taste good here.All in all the evening was very disappointing.

We celebrated our wedding here and can fully recommend the location.Very attentive and competent staff and delicious food. Very good value for money.
