The guesthouse is close to the city center.Cons: The entrance to the guesthouse is poorly marked, so you can easily miss it. Upon our arrival, the staff didn't even know what we had already paid and what we were yet to pay (you pay for parking at the guesthouse). After that we got the keys and that was it. I expect that if I pay for accommodation, I will receive basic information about breakfast or dinner, etc. There was free wifi in the room, but the password was not written anywhere, we had to ask for it. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, so we had to take out the trash several times during our stay, we didn't even get information about the trash or where to find a trash can. There was a roll of toilet paper in the toilet, so we had to buy the paper ourselves and the hand soap was only enough for 2 squeezes. The guesthouse advertises a buffet breakfast, but it is not replenished during breakfast, and the same stained tablecloth was on the table all week. The operator always put food and a cup of juice on the table and went to her room. In short, the staff does not care about the guests at all. The masseuse, who comes to the guesthouse externally, was more interested in the guests. The operator's dog roams freely around the guesthouse, I wouldn't mind a dog at all if a flea didn't jump on me during breakfast. So the icing on the cake during the stay was also flea bites. Towards the end of the stay, after preparing breakfast, the operator went back to her room and didn't even care that we had already checked out and that she could take over the room from us.Overall the staff is horrible but the place is beautiful.

It was a disaster that spoiled the impression of the beautiful František spa. If you don't want to lose your clientele, really change the current operators.I gave the room only one star because we had paid for three beds, the third bed was a short, narrow sofa bed.František Hlaváč.

Large bathroom.The host is a trained chef and cooks with enthusiasm and love, which you can immediately tell from the prepared dishes. Everything was very good, excellent soups. He buys pastries at a proven bakery, and you can also enjoy them for breakfast. You can make coffee or tea at any time of the day in the dining room using the coffee machine. In the dining room, there is also a corner for children to play, and a pile of candies on the table.There is a very skilled masseuse who comes to the pension, we highly recommend her services.

At the end of town in a quiet residential area. The guesthouse is quite clean and well-maintained. It is possible to sit in the garden. The upper rooms overheat in the summer weather and it's hard to fall. The ground floor is pleasantly cool thanks to the tiles and poor floor insulation.Unfortunately, the negatives of this accommodation are the owner, who is under constant stress and watches over you at every step with the feeling: "what will these visitors do and what will I lose".If you think that you will escape the heat in the evening and have a pleasant chat over a chilled beer in the dining room, which is truly an oasis in the heat, then you are very mistaken. The owner will show you to the rooms or to the garden, because the dining room is only for breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. exactly. Unfortunately, you can't even have a chilled beer, because the lady turns off the fridge every morning and turns it on only after noon, which is really not enough. A reasonable reason for her actions could not be traced. The highlight was when a little after nine o'clock on the day of our departure she made it very clear that we were already getting in the way and that we should have had our things in the car long ago. I note that the stay ends at 10. However, her interpretation is that she needs to have a room at 10.I warmly recommend the guesthouse to people who have a deeply rooted camp regime, where the main leader sets the rules as he likes and does not allow any mistakes in his actions. It is a mistake for us that we found such a guesthouse and blindly stayed in it, thinking that it works in a standard and friendly manner.

A smaller room in which there is everything needed for rewriting. Large bathroom with hallway. What I like very much is the balcony with a large garden at the guesthouse. Rich breakfast, nothing is missing here. I wouldn't hesitate and will come again the next time I visit this region.

A clean pension with a nice young lady. We were very satisfied, the breakfast was amazing, we chose beautifully and we liked everything very much. A big advantage is also the minibar in the room, which was richly replenished. We will remember only good things about this accommodation

The lady owner is a general that you are not allowed to tell your opinion. The way to the guest house through her garden and a poorly opening gate, unlit. For breakfast, ONLY a mini bowl of jam for 2 people, buttermilk and 2 buns, 2 breads, i.e. 1 from each per person. And coffee or tea. The owner was offended that it really wasn't enough for us. Standard room with a balcony, no complaints. Only a smaller towel per person. We were already afraid to ask for more, because she started telling us how problematic we are. Never here again.

A great family pension. We were on a long weekend and I can't complain, dear lady, the operating breakfast was great and, above all, divine peace, for sure when we come back to Františkovy Lázně again, we will definitely stay here for us 5 *
