We were able to enjoy lunch without registering. Although the small restaurant was full, we were allowed to eat at the counter. Very nice hospitality. Gladly again.

We stayed in a bungalow for 2 days. We definitely hadn't gotten a renovated bungalow yet. It was damp and musty in the rooms. In any case, the bed linen was damp. The mattresses were sagging. You had to be careful not to fall out of bed. The shower wasn't that great. The heater in the bathroom was definitely a heater from 1975. Not very trustworthy. The breakfast and the service, on the other hand, were awesome. The man who accompanied us there in service was very attentive and friendly. That was really top. It's a beautiful area and I suspect that once everything there is renovated, it will be very easy to relax and have a vacation. Despite all this, the Hotel an der Walkmühle gets my recommendation.

We celebrated a friend's silver wedding anniversary here. The hall is nice and big, but you can only ventilate through the windows. It was very humid in the hall because the windows were only tilted and there was also a lot of humidity outside.There was cake and good home cooking and great dessert. The food was really good if you like home cooking.The employees were very friendly and quick. When you are in Sangerhausen, you can eat well here and explore the surrounding area.

A really nice, secluded spot not far from a horse ranch and the city of Sangerhausen. Directly adjacent is a playground that has everything for children. Anyone who expects individual service, cleanliness and friendliness has come to the right place. The owner was always friendly and accommodating. You almost had the feeling that you belonged there and knew each other. The room (bungalow) we had was more than just beautiful. Top modernized, cozy and stylishly furnished. The food was really great in the “Pferdestall” restaurant. We've rarely had such a good evening meal as a family. Even at breakfast, every detail is taken into account, no matter what your wishes are. We were very excited.As a little excursion tip:- The Quest Castle- The Home Throat

We spent one night in the new bed block and really liked it. Why only 3 stars? Because we were shocked by the unfriendliness of the boss and the staff. We haven't experienced something like that in a long time. You can definitely remember us. We were the “Iron Wedding”. There was a lot of excitement about the fact that there wasn't enough drinking, the four children were too loud and the word literally went to the iron bridegroom: "Don't you even want to send the young people (30 and 35 years old) to bed so that they can calm down." What kind of management is this? Did time stop there? Maybe the entire staff should take a trip to another hotel to see what the word “friendliness” means to our guests (they should come back). The Rose Hotel would be enough, we went there last weekend and were pleasantly surprised. In any case, we won't be coming back.
