It is a quiet and pleasant environment, a short distance from Františkovy Lázně, and there are also many different monuments in the vicinity.

We were there for two nights at the end of July, but we didn't realize that the accommodation was right on the main road. Not far to Franzesbad.

Seen from the outside, it's a somewhat remote farmstead. The outside area is well maintained. We had a room for 2 people and it was sufficient. The cleanliness, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Stains on blankets and mattresses. The furniture is pretty old. If you overlook a few things, it is rustic and comfortably furnished. A shared kitchen is also available. The rooms are very noisy. If there are other inconsiderate holidaymakers there, sleeping a little longer is out of the question. What was really great was the breakfast. Varied and also acceptable in terms of price/performance ratio. I wouldn't book it again.

We had our dog here in a "dog hotel". Operator p.i. Milotová incredibly selfless, willing, kind. I warmly recommend. I don't know anything about the pension and its services, I haven't used it.

Sensitively revitalized object. Thick stone walls - the room was fine even at 32 degrees in the afternoon. There is enough storage and storage space in the room, the mattress is softer, the bed linen is comfortable, I slept well here. A well-equipped shared kitchen, nice seating on the terrace, although the noise from the adjacent busy road is a bit annoying, but the courtyard with the pool is nice and quiet. An ideal starting point for visiting Cheb or the surrounding spas.

I made a reservation only because they stated "no time limit" on the booking, after making the reservation I called the guesthouse (as you can't find the phone number for the guesthouse anywhere on the Internet) and the arrogant man told me that only until 8:00 p.m., none willingness, nothing interested him, appalling approach.If you're arriving late, don't get caught out like we did.

You get what you pay for. So this is a very cheap place to stay. It was not so clean (there was an old sock under the bed so clearly they didn't sweep underneath), walls are paper thin but it's fine for a night or two to just sleep.

Good location, beautiful farmhouse from the outside, tastefully renovated, good parking. A nice fireplace in the common room. Inside, unfortunately, a design where less would be more. Menthol walls, painted bricks, etc. Room #1 smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, unfortunately the walls are woefully soundproof so you can really hear every word your neighbor says and pray the couple next door is just chatting in the evening. The guests living above you are as if they were in the room with you.

Were there from August 30th to September 1st. Great room and a more than plentiful breakfast. Will stay there again next time we go to the Czech Republic.

If you like peace and quiet, look for a lot of mushrooms, like hiking and love rustic, very nice rooms with very good mattresses, this is the right place for you. The breakfast is plentiful and the prices per room are more than reasonable. Great food is 2.5 km away. All in all, absolutely recommended.

Nice facility. Only the wellness area with whirlpool and sauna no longer seems to exist. But it is advertised on the site. Nevertheless, you can do a lot with children here. Outdoor possibilities are almost unlimited. Great

Bed and breakfast ok. I do not recommend sleeping here, but in the heat of 30+ the rooms are in the attic and it is very hot. Also, don't look under the bed and couch, they won't clean there.
