A nice new hotel in which we spent 2 nights - we don't necessarily need reception, contact person etc., I clarified all the questions I had in advance by email - so we didn't miss that on site.At 1:00 p.m. I received an email saying that our room was already ready and we could go in. The access was also included in the email, which I could simply forward so that my husband also had a “key”. The room was new, clean and the beds were comfortable. Small terrace with chairs and table available.Unfortunately, the loft bed is SO high that we would never have let our son sleep upstairs. I don't know whether there would have been fall protection. It was always nice and quiet and the room was pleasantly warm and cool (we were worried about sleeping in the room without air conditioning in August)Free parking was available and the e-shop opposite the Panorama Hotel worked without any problems!At breakfast you could sit inside or outside, the day before you could register whether you would go to breakfast between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. or from 9 a.m. - but I don't think it's that precise! The buffet was always full (regardless of whether it was at 8:15 a.m. or 9:15 a.m.) when we were there, of course it's not a huge selection like in a 5-star hotel, but a very solid, tasty breakfast with good, fresh products. 2 employees were there and prepared egg dishes and checked that everything was going well. What we missed was perhaps yogurt / muesli / cornflakes and cold milk (e.g. for the kids)You put the dishes on trays yourself, so they don't have to be “cleared away”.As far as I could see, the sauna and hot tub were free of charge and directly accessible to every guest. Towels and bathrobes were available at the corresponding exit to the garden, as were 3 loungers in the garden.What else we would have liked:Since room cleaning costs extra, it would be good if there were garbage bags in the bathroom and it was clear where you can dispose of your garbageFurthermore, since everything is contactless, it would be great if you could simply pay your bill at checkout via Paypal, Applepay, etc. and not have to go to the Alpinlodge. The same applies to the Bad Hindelang Card, which would be perfect if you had it in advance , especially on a short vacation, you want to be able to make full use of everything right away.In conclusion we can say: lovely holiday, simple concept - we thought it was great! Drink prices in the community room are very fair! (No refrigerator in the room, only in the shared refrigerator with label)Our tip: visit the moor swimming pool, just a few minutes' walk away. Great experience!

The location in which the hotel is located is great.The hotel opened last year, so the facilities and furnishings are quite modern.Now for the negative...Unfortunately the check-in did not go online. After trying several times and registering using the email address, we went to reception. There we were given a card that gave us access to the room and also to the underground car park. There is free parking in front of the door. Unfortunately they were all full, so we had to park in the underground car park (5 euros per day).Unfortunately our room was not cleaned properly, which is definitely a no-go given the hotel category and price. We found hair in the bathroom, there was leftover garbage under the sink and unfortunately it smelled like a drain.We had booked the “Friends Day offer”. Among other things, the spa area is also included. When booking there was no information about when and how often you could use it. Only on site did you ask when you wanted to go. We chose the last day to enjoy some relaxation time after check-out. However, you only have a short time window of 2 hours. can use. Unfortunately, we didn't get any information about the fact that there are neither showers nor changing rooms in the "spa area". So we had to change in the hotel hallway.We had already checked out and couldn't go back to the room. Thank God no other hotel guests came.It was said that after 6 p.m. you should contact the reception of the Panorama Hotel. Unfortunately they don't have access to the "Bergbuddies" system...So they couldn't help us with any questions in the evening.

Beautiful, new hotel with a new concept. Almost everything can be done online! Great room! Small but very tasty breakfast. Egg dishes are made fresh to suit every taste! Great starting point for all kinds of activities! What's perfect and cost-saving is that the Bad Hindelang Plus guest card is included! (Mountain railways and several pools free of charge!)

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right at all!!Regularly over €300 per day with breakfast. Completely excessive for 2 adults and 2 children (11 years old)!!With no service and no local contact, it had a feel like a youth hostel.Breakfast in the 6 days without variety. At 8:45 a.m. the buffet had already been emptied!!Plates etc were everywhere...Rooms were nice because they were new too...!!For comparison, the week before we were in a very well-known 5 star hotel on the Baltic Sea.Even though it was an offer, we paid €400 with half board including a huge savings area...!!

-overpriced hotel with no service, prefer a holiday apartment-We booked the hotel for a week through Secret Escapes. First of all, the positive: the hotel is newly renovated and accordingly the rooms are new and beautifully designed. The location is great and we really liked Oberjoch in the summer. The community room is practical for families and groups.Now to the negative points, which unfortunately outweigh the negatives.There is also a kitchen in the lounge, but it does not have a dishwasher that is accessible to everyone, so the dishes pile up there and cooking is no fun.Room service is only available for an additional charge of €25 per cleaning.Our dog cost an additional €25 per night, which is definitely justified if the room was cleaned daily. That was not the case. Absolute usury for dog owners!Service is not available. Everything is done online, we didn't get any room cards. A good concept in itself, but if the cell phone battery runs out while hiking, you have a problem without a room card.The breakfast buffet takes place in the kitchen of the community room and is far too small if several guests eat breakfast at the same time.The selection of cheese is very small, there is only camembert/blue cheese. There are no croissants either.The WiFi was also bad and stopped working after a few days.We definitely cannot recommend the hotel in good conscience and would not come back again. We can only recommend booking one of the neighboring hotels or a family holiday apartment.

Great experience. Great modern hotel. Mega concept that was implemented perfectly. We enjoyed the stay very much. Definitely a recommendation.It was just difficult for us to get started with the digital key card. But somehow we managed it. A little help here would have been nice.

Great new rooms with a terrace and mountain views where dogs are allowed.

Phew... so €200 for one night, in the summer outside of the holidays. And then after 6 p.m. there isn't even anyone to talk to if you have any questions. Supposedly you should contact the hotel opposite, but when asked they are “not responsible”. I also find it more than steep to charge an extra fee for parking in a hotel on a pass road. The rooms are spartan, modern yes, but have the feel of a youth hostel. You don't get a key or a card, so if your cell phone battery is empty in the evening you're out of luck and you can't get in. (Luckily that didn't happen to us, but what kind of concept?!) The only smart thing about it is that the owners probably earn a smart amount of money and save a lot of personnel costs.

The location is actually idyllic and right next to the lift. But that's where the positive ends:I specifically called and said we would be there later. They said no problem. We can also get tickets at the reception of the Panorama Hotel. The Panorama Reception is very nice, but it definitely cannot create physical maps because their system is different. Now we have- no card and therefore no access to the underground car park (where there may still be free parking spaces available).- No parking space for our car as the entire street is prohibited from parking.- The children do not have their own key with which they can get into the room or the front door.- There are only two beds made up in the room, even though it was booked for three people.- Absolutely no one can be reached, as only the reception at the Panorama Hotel can answer the phone number, but unfortunately they are not allowed to help.- I can't actually rate the service because it doesn't exist.Regarding digital access to the room, I would recommend that you check with the international chains. After scanning a QR code, you will be given a card that you can use to open the door. Unfortunately that is not the case here.In this respect: central location, but otherwise nothing but trouble.For €200 per night I would have expected a little more or some kind of service at all.
