Lovingly family-run guesthouse where we felt in good hands after a strenuous day of hiking. There was everything we needed. We didn't expect hotel luxury. Breakfast in the cozy eat-in kitchen was completely sufficient and with fresh eggs from the chickens running around in front of the patio door.

From the start I felt like I was in good hands there. Everything is very cozy and homely furnished. The garden is also beautiful, especially worth its weight in gold if you are staying with a dog! The hostess is totally accommodating, friendly, helpful and always strives to offer her guests a pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good and was rounded off with an egg from our own chickens. I can only recommend the accommodation, especially after hiking with the dog on the Hermannsweg, it was simply perfect and well located!

The accommodation only deserves 1 star for the breakfast.The room was equipped with 2 beds and a couch. An old chest of drawers with the luggage of several strangers who had already left stacked in the corner. Facilities: no bathroom, no toilet, no TV, no desk or anything else that is in the description.Downstairs guest toilet with undecalcified cold water tap, dingy door from the inside. You had to look for a towel. Found on the 1st floor where there is a shared bathroom for everyone.In addition, it was noisy because there was a lot of traffic in the kitchen-living room next door in the evening.Conclusion: No accommodation for tired hikers on the Hermannsweg.

A nice little guesthouse, you have everything you need there and the owners are super nice and sweet.The rooms are clean and tidy.The breakfast was also delicious because the owner put a lot of effort into it.Therefore the guesthouse is definitely a recommendation :)

Very nice owner and also a very nice apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is quietly located in a settlement. Shops and the city center can easily be reached on foot.I was only there one night. You could easily go there with your whole family and have a great time!

Well suited for hikers with dogs. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. The bathroom is shared and there are eggs from our own chickens for breakfast. You should only have cash with you. Overall, totally okay for the price!

Anyone who grew up with a loving and caring mother recognizes that the name “Mama Plaza” is apt.Ms. Plaza is exactly that WITHOUT being pushy.The guest house has a large terrace, which is accessed from the kitchen and leads into a garden. The lawn invites you to play ball and there is also space for a large trampoline.I was allowed to harvest tomatoes and peppermint myself.Super delicious!Anyone who is comfortable with a shared bathroom will feel at home here.

Very caring welcome from Mama Plaza after a hike with the family through the Teuto. A bit of chaos in the place due to the water damage we just suffered, but everything was great. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the shared kitchen was a bit dirty, which was probably due to the water damage.All in all, we'd be happy to come back if we're in the area!

We felt very comfortable! Very personal and nice welcome from the lady of the house.Located about 8 minutes from Hermannsweg at the end of a dead-end street in a residential area. Restaurants and shopping nearby.Beds comfortable, bathroom with tub and shower upstairs, everything very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, the kitchen can be used, as can the garden. Dogs are welcome and given their own treats.We would love to come back on our next hike.Oh yes, I only deducted one star because the heating didn't work properly and it was a little cold (we were there in October).

There were no rooms available in the entire village from Saturday to Sunday. When we arrived at Mrs. Plaza, she was very helpful in helping us find a place (she was full herself). When we didn't find anything, we were able to spend the night with her daughter. The next morning we received a delicious, extensive German breakfast from her. Super!
