Were in the neighborhood for dinner yesterday. We were able to sit on the terrace in the beautiful sunshine. Food was very good and tasteful. Service could be a little better (complaints at a high level). There was game burger and a quarter salad and a well-chilled Grillo.Had dinner there again on August 23rd, 2023. It was very tasty again, the service has improved a lot. Would love to go back for dinner.Had dinner there again on September 9th, 2023. It was very crowded and you had to wait a bit. But the food was again very good and can only be recommended.

We spent 3 days in Bad Gandersheim last weekend. We liked it very much. The hotel is wonderfully located. You can walk directly through the beautiful spa park into the city center. The hotel leaves nothing to be desired. From the very modern and very comfortably furnished rooms with refrigerator, waterproof and modern TV including Netflix etc to the huge balcony with loungers and seating and the large bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the products are of very high quality. From two kinds of salmon to egg dishes and even homemade cakes.

Were in Bad Gandetsheim for the Domfest games and stayed overnight in the boarding house. The rooms are very large and clean, the refrigerator in the room is well stocked so that you can help yourself when you arrive. I had ordered a table for 4 people at the Ouartiert, and the friendly staff served very tasty food. The breakfast buffet was also very good and was constantly replenished.

We ate in the Boardinghouse restaurant, so we can't comment on the rooms. We would like to report about the food as follows:We had a rump steak, a "quarter salad" and roulades. The rump steak was by far the best thing we have eaten in the last 24 months. Juicy, perfectly medium, tasty, with the right roasted aromas and little or no fat. An absolute recommendation, as the price of €26 alone is justified in this case. The roulade was good, but good home cooking can certainly compete here. Red cabbage and mashed potatoes were delicious, just a little undercooked. But still ok for 20€. The chicken salad was very tasty, especially the chicken. Not too dry and still well fried. The included bread was freshly garnished with home-made pesto. Only the oil content is certainly a matter of taste; personally it wasn't too high for me.Overall, a highly recommended kitchen with a good price-performance ratio. And at the end don't forget: clean, modern and pleasant washrooms. So it’s a top address for us.

Nice large and very clean room.The food in the restaurant surprised us very much and was very tasty. The selection is great. Everyone will find something there. The breakfast was great and had a great selection. Everything is great.
