We have been there for the entire autumn holidays. We had a nice holiday, but there are some points from you that can make it even more fun in a simple way. An entire autumn square has been decorated. Nothing was organized here all week. I expected a campfire, hot chocolate or baking marshmallows/popcorn over a fire. Very simple and so much fun for children. Now nothing was done all week, so it doesn't have to be there, right? I'm not used to you from other parks either. Halloween was celebrated. It was announced that children could have their faces painted at the back of the hall (not in the hall anymore but near the bicycle rental). We went here with 3 young children. Stood in line for 50 minutes (very clever of the children to not play but to wait for their turn. And when it was their turn they said, it is too busy now, only on registration, and everyone in the There was no more face painting, resulting in angry and sad children. We asked them if they wanted to paint something small, but no, they did not do this now you can't say that to 3 young children, 3,4,6 years old. You should have had simple make-up examples that cost you 3 minutes per child. Now they sometimes spent so long on 1 'work of art', which meant that many children didn't even get a chance for a spider on the cheek or a white ghost face. This was really ridiculous!And the Orry moments were really few. It's your mascot, so do something with it. The park was otherwise fine. But in terms of organized outings, I expected more and I was not used to this from you compared to other parks!All activities also cost a lot of money while there is little to no material waste, so it has simply become a major revenue model. Which makes it no longer fun for a family to participate. You already pay a lot of money for the holiday, and if you have to pay €10 per child for a small, simple activity, with 3 children that amounts to €30 more for a simple thing that will cost you less than €5 in total for 3. children. Really scandalous! We did not do the paid craft activities.

Shower cubicle doesn't close, paneling on the whirlpool bathtub is hanging off, buffet is borderline bad - all in all not worth the name VIP.

It's a very beautiful park. Great for smaller children. The Baluba was a bit small in comparison. We had the VIP house and it was really great and nice and big.

Parking not regulated with numbers.A neighbor's car was parked on our sidePeople just do whatever they want in this park, turning and turning in a small side street is very difficult.In German villages elsewhere there are 4 white hooks

A beautiful, smaller Center Parc that has just renovated its houses. We felt very comfortable, but some activities that are not included are very expensive. The swimming pool is not very big but the children liked it. The water was a bit too fresh for us to just lie lazily in the water, you should keep moving. The food there is ok for the price, it tasted good.

The park itself was good, very nice and finished, but very small... I had a room for 2, and not even a sofa or a bath. The swimming pool was not worth it at all, I had already seen it after 20 minutes, 1 slide with tires and everything else was for the little ones. So it may be fine with very small children, but not when they are a bit older.It was very quiet, even at night.

We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy and clean park. It is a somewhat smaller park in terms of swimming pool and market dome, but we were surprised by the nice atmosphere.All employees were incredibly friendly. The house was clean (the stairs were loose) and the atmosphere in the house was nice.The surroundings were beautiful! I would recommend people to go to this park if you like walking and peace and quiet.If I could mention one point for improvement, it is that it is a shame that there is not music in the Market dome every evening. The last evening we went there for dinner and even the radio wasn't on.

We had the VIP house number 305 from October 21st to 25th, 2024. For the first time I had to wait about 1 hour upon arrival. Vacuum the house thoroughly - long black hair in the wellness bathroom, heat cabin, couch, etc. In every room. It doesn't work at all! Neither in the cheapest nor in the most expensive house... hair on a tiled wall in the bathroom too. Grease splashes on the kitchen window, floor and dining table. But the worst thing was the lady who was on duty at the info desk on the evening of the 21st around 7 p.m. She refused to look at the pictures, on the contrary, not a word of apology but that I didn't have to do that and that it was now done.Told her that you wanted to unpack in peace after your arrival and didn't want any more activity in the house that you ultimately had to clean up after... and when asked what happened to the pictures... no one wanted to see them. Thank you too...I'm well aware that it's probably a basic problem because the cleaning crew doesn't have enough time anyway.But your reaction was worse than the underlying problem.The staff and service with the food were great and very accommodating! Thanks for that!I think that can't be the claim of the CENTERPARK brand.One or two employees would probably need training.

We recently spent 1 week in a comfort house (renewed) for 6 people with everything included.The house was ok so far, except for just a mini toilet on the ground floor for 6 people. (not for tall people). Bedroom door so narrow that it touched the bed. When the bed was moved, the space for window side occupancy became smaller.Also negative was cars in the area while children/guests used mobile means from Center Parc.Aqua Mundo: Small, no wave pool, water temperature felt too cold, paint on walls (bridges) already peeling off, also negative showers always had to be pressed to get water. Coffee drink was not included inside.Eating in the market restaurant wasn't a highlight, but they tried hard. If you only eat for 4 days, then ok, then it repeats itself. Frying was sometimes good, sometimes dry. Maultaschen are always dry and therefore chewy without any liquid. There were no chocolate fountains. Nuggets good, but often empty. Stir-fries only paella good. Good sauces were in the back, often empty, skin burns from heating coils possible. When the plates have been cleaned, there are sometimes still residual residues in the stack. Vegetable side dishes are often overcooked rather than too hard. Cheese good, but not a big selection.Food in other areas (cafe/bathroom) was sometimes very good. We once got currywurst in Baluba. The impression was as if it were yesterday, sausage and sauce dried up in the jar.Staff/service very friendly and helpful.Activities: Lasers and arrows were not possible (employees were on vacation - it was said). Mini golf and bowling very good. Animals in a well-kept facility. Crafting was ok. Rentable vehicles are also ok.Conclusion: We have already been to Medebach and Bostalsee. We would go to Medebach again.

Great park, neat house. Nice house.With regard to bowling reservations, the system showed places, but there were none. They were helped shortly.Location is beautiful, but far from the city, for example.

Unfortunately, the house was VERY small, it was not possible to sit on the toilet, the dishwasher could only be opened when the kitchen chairs were pushed aside, the room doors had no seal and therefore rattled very loudly...the heating could be in all rooms only be switched on when the central unit in the living room wanted to reheat...which it doesn't do when the living room is warm enough...all of these things that I don't really want to have on vacation...
