A wonderful small hotel in Neubrandenburg that is lovingly maintained and managed. Rooms are small and nice and cozy, the food is very tasty and only loving, friendly staff. We felt incredibly comfortable. The food in the 3-course menu was delicious and varied every day. We thank you for everything.

We stayed at the Hotel Hellfeld with our hiking group. Everyone was completely satisfied. The rooms very clean. The breakfast and dinner were tasty. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We were able to spend our vacation here again and can only report good things. Rooms clean and spacious. Eat well, no one has to start or end the day hungry. Wishes were always fulfilled. And considering that it's a small family hotel, I have to say you're doing great. Very nice hosts with wit and charm.

Family-run hotel in a quiet hillside location, surrounded by meadows and fields not far from Neubrandenburg with its beautiful Tollensesee.Hats off to the fact that, due to a lack of staff, it's sometimes just two people who keep everything running and still don't lose the joy of the work. Despite the stress, there was always time for a conversation with the guests. We cannot understand some of the negative reviews here. We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable. We'd love to come back.Pets are welcome here. The low pet fees also speak for this.There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. I was a bit skeptical at first but it is a wonderful place to relax. Secluded yet only a few minutes from the city.

Four of us stayed there for 6 days and were a bit disappointed. Reception wasn't that friendly. It said on the internet that there was coffee and cake in the afternoon, but that wasn't true. The beer garden was only open until 8 p.m. You had to get your drinks outside yourself and you could make yourself comfortable in your room or on the terrace. At breakfast you were watched critically and there was the same thing every day. In the evening there was no choice and it were very small portions. The welcome drink was just flavored water, something we've never had anywhere else.The operators didn't exactly come across as very friendly. The rooms were not cleaned in 6 days and there is an additional cost of €3 per day for a second pillow. The hotel would have had a lot of potential with the great view it offers.We do not recommend it.

No friendly welcome, you had to leave the dining room at 8 p.m. and you had no opportunity to have a drink after dinner.

Dinner was absolutely inadequate although the taste was ok.Food is only available between 6 and 7 p.m. Then all activities have to be adapted to this time, which is actually quite unreasonable given the location of the hotel (remote). In the evening there was only one set meal, which is inadequate for a hotel. The welcome drink upon arrival consisted of flavored water. You save wherever you can, which makes the joy of your vacation disappear.Some maintenance would be needed on the outdoor areas.The guest room is closed in the evening, so from 8 p.m. everyone goes to their room, so I don't have to go on vacation

The welcome was friendly and the rooms were standard and clean. When we realized that only warm meals were offered in the evening, we asked for an alternative. This only consisted of the side dish (potatoes, potato balls or fried potatoes). Our wish was potato balls, but unfortunately. We don't turn on the deep fryer for a guest was the boss's answer.This, of course, means the movement goes south.Yours sincerely, Ms. Wendt

We spent a few days here on holiday with our dog.Our room with bathroom was very nice. In front of the room there was a table with two chairs on a small terrace.We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner were prepared very appetizingly. We enjoyed it very much. The dinner was always freshly prepared and very tasty. A 3-course menu every evening. Great!The hotel is located on a hill. Therefore you could look at the Datzeberg in the direction of Neubrandenburg.The hotel is run by a family. You are greeted very friendly and courteously.It is good for arriving guests to know that you cannot enter the hotel before 3:00 p.m.We already know this from a family hotel on Rennsteig.So we were prepared.Thanks to the family who are there diligently for their guests every day.
