I wasn't in the manor house, I just looked at it from the street. For me it was about respect for the owner of the house, who deserves privacy. If you would like to see more of the house, you should take a public tour. Or apply for a private one.

Since we were nearby, as fans of the manor house rescuers, we just had to drive by and marvel at the original. We could only take our hats off to what we had achieved. It's great what Philipp has achieved during this time. The next stay in the area will be coupled with an overnight stay.

On each of our trips to Rügen, we try out a manor house“with courage, mortar and without millions” and so a journey from Rügen back home took us past the Kobrow manor houseWe followed the series on NDR and are thrilled with what Philipp has already achieved here, a beautiful property that, little by little, lets a little bit of the old history of Kobrow shine again

It's simply unbelievable what this man did after the tragic death of his wife. I have been following what is happening for about 10 years and will continue to do so. I have known this house and the town of Kobrow since I was a teenager. I also worked in this house during GDR times. Unfortunately I can't judge the rooms themselves because I haven't been there yet. But what I've already seen on TV has a great character.I can only take my hat off to what this man did there. Keep it up Mr. Kaszay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Philipp's manor house. We were there in the fall and it was just beautiful. The atmosphere can hardly be put into words. You are beamed back into another time. It was a very exciting experience to live alone again with the oven and only the essential things. Philipp is a super nice host with whom you can laugh a lot. We will definitely come back to Kobrow. Absolute heartfelt recommendation for people who are interested in the simple, pure life.

We really enjoyed our stay with Philipp.As many others have already written, this house has its own special charm due to the "imperfection".The room is tastefully furnished and the decoration is also harmonious. Plus the wood stove in the living room...Of course you have to like the "imperfect", but you don't get this flair in any run-of-the-mill hotel and that's exactly what makes it so attractive.So it was a great stay for us and we will come back.

Lost Place deluxe. Where others invest millions in 5-star properties, Philip puts a lot of love and sweat into his home. It probably won't be finished for a long time. Anyone who doesn't come unprepared will immediately fall under its special charm. There are genuinely unfinished and intentionally unfinished design elements. Plus a nice conversation with the “castle lord”.
