Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We traveled as a family of four with two small children and the house was too small for us. The guest bed that my husband and our older child had to sleep on was unacceptable. We also discovered silverfish, the large bed was completely worn out, and there was no free WiFi. Positive aspects were the sauna and the location of the house. Our house was white, but the negative experience was compounded by the unfriendly staff at reception. The counter was often unmanned, so we didn't get the depositcould deposit immediately. Due to the poor conditions and personal reasons, we left early, but were stopped very rudely and asked about the deposit. In principle that's fine, but the tone was inappropriate. We definitely won't be returning.

Small but nice. You have a wonderful view of the countryside and it was very quiet. The houses are not big but everything important is there.The sauna and drying room with boot dryers were a big plus for me, as it was cold and rainy when I was traveling. There is also an ethanol fireplace, but you must bring your own ethanol. It would have been good to have some information about this in advance. You can also just pick it up at the gas station or hardware store. Key handover possible at any time as there is a key box. Electricity was included in the price. All in all, I was satisfied with the price/performance

Unfortunately we had no view at all.The 18-step metal mesh staircase is a real challenge for people and dogs.Ours weighs 40 kg and didn't dare go down these stairs.We had to line everything with towels from bottom to top and vice versa every time, otherwise there was no chance. Even those with foot problems can't make any progress. The sauna is nice for relaxing.

Had a nice stay in a neat and clean bungalow. The deposit was promptly returned after 2 weeks, but beware of hidden costs. You pay for the heating, bedding, etc.

Beautiful holiday resort in a great location. In the town of Sankt Andreasberg every two houses feel like rubbish ruins and don't invite you to go on holiday.The holiday home is clean but too small. Everything is a bit old and too spartan. No seat cushions, no parasol, etc.Price/performance a bit too expensive and only recommended because of the good location.

You don't get anything for your money here. Not even a sip of dishwashing liquid or toilet paper is provided. Anyone who stays here has to bring all their household goods with them

No toilet paper, no nothing. Internet costs extra, even electricity and water costs extra. Final cleaning for 50 euros, but you have to leave everything in good condition so that you get your deposit back. never novasol again. fraud club

Overall impression is fine.Rooms in smaller holiday homes are offered as 2 beds plus a sofa bed. This option should be viewed as a stopgap measure at best. Here you should book the larger apartment.No free WiFi.Facility is fine. Location is suitable as a location for daily tours by car, only a few activities are within walking distance.The deposit must be paid in cash, but will only be paid back by bank transfer to the account.

We have had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful cabin, with a view of the fields where sheep and cows graze..... Our boys enjoyed it, and the parents loved the quiet surroundings... definitely worth recommending with a house in the front row ☀️🥳 🤩

A beautifully landscaped holiday home park, with a beautiful view of the landscape from all the houses.Only four stars because the small houses don't offer enough space for 4 people. Then it's better to rent the slightly larger houses.

Apart from the fact that the location is good, we cannot recommend the houses. It was very worn out and dirty. The guest folder was torn to pieces, the sofa was unusable, the microwave was broken and a replacement machine was on top of the wall cupboards where we couldn't reach it. The bed pads were broken and the toppers were stained. The wardrobe was not usable because the spare bed linen was in there. There is still so much to list... unfortunately there was no one at the reception when we arrived because it was not occupied that day. The next day we had appointments and the short opening times were not on site. So on the day of departure I explained the defects and came across 2 unfriendly, unreasonable gentlemen. It's a shame actually, because we've been to the complex several times. But it was definitely the last time...

Beautiful place with many houses where you have a beautiful view. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave work excellently and are clean. Sauna not used. Shower small but fast hot water and good jet. In the bedrooms there is only a light roller blind as window covering so that your room will only be dark for a short time in the summer. Interior seriously needs replacing, sofa and beds are very uncomfortable and very sagging. The inventory also needs to be replaced. The bad beds made us leave 2 days early. Close to local supermarket, direct walking possibilities, ideal with a pet. No mosquitoes, lots of crickets. There are houses that had a new interior. So not DAN925.

We rented a house for 10 people for 5 days.Facilities (beds) are a bit old and worn out. Room quite small. 3 bathrooms available. The shower door on the first one was completely missing (according to the information, it was probably damage from the previous tenant, which is still being clarified), and the shower surround on the second one was defective. Some lights in the bedrooms didn't work. WM available, used once and not recommended. Whatever dirt came out when pumping out must have been in the drain hoses for years. First, clogged the sink. Yuck 🤢 The kitchen equipment with dishes was fine. What wasn't enough was glasses. The fridge is clearly too small. You should definitely bring hygiene items such as toilet paper, soap… with you. The starter set is not sufficient for longer stays. There is a grill, but it doesn't necessarily invite you to grill. The grate appears to have never been cleaned. There is no steel brush or anything similar. Communication on site was okay. The additional costs were billed after just under 3 weeks, as we calculated. Accordingly also the refund of the deposit. All in all a nice family holiday.

The rented house corresponded to the information.Anyone who knows these houses knows that they are not luxury apartments.The equipment was functional and complete.Surprisingly well insulated.We had electricity costs included.The stay in the Harz was therefore very central.
